A short YouTube conversation (hosts Steve and Catherine of Titan Impact Group) that frames recent financial stress — Chinese developer defaults (Evergrande and another named developer), a postponed US debt-ceiling decision, and the nearly $30 trillion US national debt — as creating investment opportunity. Steve gives a colorful example (paying $100 bills every second would take ~9,506.4 years to cover $30 trillion). Catherine describes the firm’s real-estate strategy (buying/funding notes, flipping for profit, likened to playing Monopoly), notes they received 231 new properties to analyze, and issues a call-to-action to learn more or use a self-directed IRA.

Good afternoon, everyone. Steve and Kathryn here with Titan Impact Group. Hey. Kathryn's excited. She just rearranged all the stuff and her new little library thing behind her. She wanted to show the world there and some new little horses and stuff that she got.
They're sentinels.
Well, they're sentinels, and, of course, we are the sentinels of the American dream. Why is she so excited? And why is she standing up on this little ladder like she's at the front of the ship? Leonardo DiCaprio or whoever in Titanic. I'm king of the world. Can you do that? No. Can you be Queen of the world? Okay. Apparently these jokes aren't landing, so unlike October 12, 1492, Christopher Columbus not only sell the ocean blue, but today he discovered the new world.
It's a whole new world.
Hey. Hey. He was excited. Disney hadn't quite come out with A Little Mermaid yet, but there are probably Little Mermaids and stuff. He was in the Bahamas. He was having a great time. And, you know, it is kind of crazy. It's like a new world today. You know, there's a lot of stuff that's going on, and it may seem like catastrophic news, really bad news, and. Well, it kind of is, but there's opportunity, and that's what we master here. We master opportunity. Of course. A couple weeks ago, Evergrande, one of China's largest developers, said they would not. They've got over a quarter of a trillion dollars in debt and are going to end up defaulting today. Another Chinese developer, Sinek, says that they're probably going to default on almost a quarter of a billion dollars. So the dominoes are starting to tip and things are happening. Congress decided not. We're not going to necessarily raise the debt ceiling, but we're just going to kind of postpone it and shove it off until December and see what happens. As always, as always. And so, you know, this is an issue because we have almost $30 trillion of acknowledged national debt. And to kind of give you an example of what $30 trillion looks like, if I'm right here and I'm throwing $100 bill at you every second until it takes me to pay off the almost $30 trillion, that means I'm going to be doing this for the next 9,506.4 years. So that's a long video. But, hey, at least the scenery is nice. Why should we worry about that? Well, the problem with that almost $30 trillion of acknowledged national debt is that almost half of that is either owned by the Federal Reserve or Your pension fund. That's what Wall street has been doing. And so if the US defaults on that, there's going to be tens of millions of Americans that no longer have pensions. That's a big issue. However, Catherine, in her quest to make every property, person and community better than she found it, she has a solution to all of this. So I'm gonna stop talking and I'm gonna give it to my little red headed mermaid and she's gonna tell you what we do.
So quick, little fun fact. So you can go to Disney and you can actually take a personality profile and it'll match your personality tip. One of the 3,000 Disney characters and I actually was matched with the Little Mermaid. You didn't know that? No mistakes.
So I may not be a smart man, but I do know what love is.
So we do leave every person, property and community better than we found them. And we actually received 231 new properties this morning that we are in the middle of analyzing. So we literally have more deals than. I mean it's amazing what's happening. So we have these fabulous little real monopolies.
Property playing Monopoly. For real.
