When raising capital from institutions, hold firm on 70% equity to your company and 30% to investors. Only take checks of $250,000 or more. You'll close in 3.5 to 4 months instead of the typical 12 to 18.

That's what we're open to discussing. We're not, we're not open to doing any, like, again, I would run the numbers, but I don't think I would be open to doing just whatever, because I'd want to get the position. No, no, it's not, it's not doing whatever. Well, I can just say that based on what's out there already, I don't know what this investor's like, where his position is. Yeah. Right. I know where ours is and there's no way I'm gonna be able to pull an investor into something that's less than 70/30. Right. I wouldn't wanna waste your time with that. Right. Because we raise on an institutional level. And the people that we would be seeking capital from aren't going to be writing $25,000 checks or $250,000 checks. Our minimum subscription's $250,000, right? So at that point, we're looking at funding this thing in about 3.5 to 4 months, not 12.5 months to 18 months.
