Hey, everyone, this is Katherine with Titan Impact Group, and I'm here to share with you what our vision and mission is. And what it is for us is we are the sentinels of the American dream. And we leave every person, property and community better than we found them. I've been an investor for well over 25 years. Everybody that's in our company is active investors and has been for decades. And one of the things we are clear about as investors is there's so many deals out there and there's so much money that can be made we. Which is great, but at the end of the day, I believe that money is like oxygen. The more you have, the easier it is to breathe. And the more you have, the easier it is to breathe, the bigger the difference you can make in the world. And so for us, it's become truly a mission and really important for us that we do leave every person, property and community better than we found them. So, yes, as investors, we're doing the numbers, making sure that obviously everything is profitable so everybody can get paid, because, you know, that's how. That's what happens. We gotta get paid so we can all pay our bills and keep everything going. And in the meantime, at the end of the day, as long as we can leave every person, property, community, investor, business owner, better than we found them, then that. That was a good day. That was a good day for us. And so we know how to do that. We love doing that. We're passionate about doing that. And that's. That's who we are and what we do and what we focus on.
