In this short instructional clip, the speaker explains that HUD Homestore (hudhomestore.gov) is a government-run website that lists HUD‑approved properties, many of which are abandoned and in need of a new owner. By selecting specific links on the site, users are directed to HUD.gov pages where they can view details about these vacant homes and learn how to acquire them.

You can go in hudhomestore.gov and you— and what it is, is these are places, if you click on that one right there, that's going to hud.gov. But if you, if you select that one right there, see where that one goes, what you're going to be getting is, is houses that were HUD approved and on HUD that are now needing an owner because somebody abandoned them, right?
