A platform lets sellers tokenize properties into shares that global investors can buy. Buyers from the US, France, India and elsewhere own pieces of hotels, rental properties, or business venues and collect a share of the income they generate.
Are you in the deal room? You can list down all the properties whom you want to tokenize. It can be your individual properties, but obviously this is not for an individual person. You would like all the people to list their properties on this platform being a seller, and then users would be anyone sitting in US, France, India. They could just go and create an account and start buying tokens into that property. Once they start buying that token, token will be divided into X number of shares, and all the shares that's been bought in that particular property will get funding. So you take control of that property, you invest it, I mean, you use it, you lease it, you give it to, you know, for hotel purpose, you give it for business purpose, you make money out of that, and in return you pay yield, you know, rental yields to your investors. So this is the way it works.
