Two people break down why owning a mountain is harder than it sounds: you need reliable water, road access to the top, and a way to handle sewage. In Oklahoma, elevation also means tornado risk.
Are you a land shark doing deals?
Selling a mountain and saying, hey, you know, own your own mountain. A bunch of people think that's a great idea. How many of them thought about the 3 main concerns about living on a mountain? Where are you going to get your water? How are you going to get your— how are you going to get your road to get to the top of the mountain? And then finally, where are you going to put the poop?
You know what, you and your poop. Here's another thing that I thought of, because I live in Oklahoma and it's like home of the Twisters, you know. So like, I'm like, if I'm on top of a mountain Or in Oklahoma, it would be a hill. Like, I'm prime tornado zone. Like, come and hit me, right?
