Pace Morby runs a sub-two real estate deal group. About half of one speaker's network consists of Pace Morby affiliates in real estate, making the existing connections valuable enough that they don't feel the need to join other groups.
This course is about deals. Also people are probably signing up for to be a part of the pace Moreby sub two group
through this. And so that's actually because I'm going to get Catherine to sign up to the sub two deal because we need and here's where the value is like we enjoy the network already. We don't need to even join because the network is so vast it's ridiculous. And so we communicate and touch. At least 50% of our network is face morbi people in the real estate world.
