About what.
Performing and non performing notes are. So just.
Know it's just a.
Vocabulary is all it is. And so what a note is is it's a mortgage. Everybody knows what a mortgage is. So with a mortgage when it's performing it simply means that the borrower has been paying consistently on that loan. A non performing note. A non performing mortgage simply is that it means that the borrower has not been paying on their actual mortgage and so that's what it means being a performing and a non performing note. That's simple, just simple vocabulary inside of the whole real estate investing and banking world. So if you'd like more information I'm going to be teaching more on these concepts.
