This is a short transcript from a Catherine Bell YouTube video (Real Estate Investment Halloween Horror Stories #4 — “The Corpse”). Hosts Steve and Catherine/another speaker recount a haunted-investment anecdote from their flipping phase: they bought a house sight-unseen at auction, later discovered a chalk outline and blood spatter inside (implying a homicide), and speculate about why the property went to auction. The tone mixes dark-humor banter with a brief promotional call-to-action for their investment services.

Hey, everyone. Detectives Steve and Catherine here. Catherine, the Countess of Cash. Just in case you haven't been following us the last three videos. Hey, here we are with Haunted Investment Stories from Hell. Number four, the corpse.
This particular haunted Halloween story happened in our flipping phase of our real estate investment life.
Thank God they got over the Airbnb phase.
You know, that actually came after. This was before.
I'm trying to give you credit here, babe. Just. Just go with it. They don't need to know the timeline.
So what happened was we had bought this particular house at auction, so it was sight unseen. The numbers worked, so we were still going to do it. So we got access to the property after we purchased it, and as we're cleaning stuff out, what we discovered was there was a chalk line of a body, and then there was blood splatter all over the place.
It's like every mobile home park I've ever owned. I don't see what the problem is.
It was awful. So there's lots of speculation as to what happened. And it was pretty clear why it went to auction so that none of this stuff had to be disclosed.
There was a chalked outline of blood splatter and people wondering what happened. Somebody was killed.
Well, how they were killed, that was a speculation.
