Short YouTube conversation (hosts Steve and Catherine Bell of Titan Impact Group) recounting a Halloween-themed real estate horror story titled "The Rager": underage teens used stolen parental IDs to rent an Airbnb, ran a paid keg party that caused property damage, and left social media traces; police were notified but did not evict anyone. The hosts also briefly riff on the teens' entrepreneurial spirit and close with a light promotional call-to-action for their investment services.
Hey, everyone. Steve and Catherine with Titan Impact Group. We are on story number three. We haven't even changed costumes yet. This is going so flawless. It's absolutely just perfect. So haunted investment stories from hell. Number three. Number three. My Lord, the rager.
So this one happened at actually one of our Airbnb's, and what ended up happening was, it turns out it was actually kids who stole their parents ID and they rented out the Airbnb. So they passed through all the qualification process, only the parents didn't show up. The kids did. And as a result, apparently this was something that was happening in the Valley quite frequently with all of the vacation rentals. When we reported this to the police, this is what we discovered. And what they were doing was they would rent out these Airbnb, they rented out ours, and then they would stand at the door and they invited all these kids to a keg party. Party. A keg party, right? And they were charging them, like, 10 bucks a head to, like, come into this keg. They were making a killing. But what's even worse is they put their. They wrote their Snapchat handle on the mirror in the bathroom, and we're teaching other kids how to do it. There was a whole thing going around the Valley with it. So needless to say, our house had some damage in it and we had to deal with that. But the police got called, nobody got kicked out. So yay for the people in blue.
You've got to enjoy the. And appreciate the entrepreneurial spirit, though. I mean, I want kids like that working for us because. Come on.
But not Ragers.
Not Ragers. Got some free thinkers there. But, hey, if you feel like your portfolio is attending some of these types of parties, let us sober it up into something worth celebrating.
