Hey, everyone. Steve and Catherine, the Countess of Cash got it right this time. Hey, we're here. It's the last story of this series of haunted investment stories from hell. We did save the best for last. So if you made it all this way, congratulations. You will be rewarded with story number nine. Missing the thumb there, the service shed.
So this again was back in our fix and flip days. And it was a cute little house and we had finished the fix and flip and it was listed. And what ended up happening was when the realtors would go to show the house, they kept noticing that somebody was scurrying out of the backyard. And so we had to send over one of our team members, our bigger team members, clearly not me, to go figure out what was going on. And let's just say they were packing. Anyways, so they show up and there's a shed in the backyard and. And what we found in the shed, written on a piece of cardboard, was a menu of items with prices.
Sexual services, baby. Ow. You gotta love that billboard.
It was very disturbing, all the different services that were available and very explicit. So we're not gonna say what they were here. We'll let your imagination go there.
Low, low prices, though. I'm saying fantastic. I don't know how they made a buck. It was.
And then the worst part is at the end, it was also car wash and babysitting services.
Hey, you know what? Full service operator there. You have to, you have to appreciate the entrepreneurial spirit. I mean, come on, these stories are telling you just how far entrepreneurs are willing to go when they get bit by the entrepreneurial bug, you know, and so we, we do appreciate all the entrepreneurs out there. We appreciate the investors, those who have a vision. You know, if it wasn't for us, you know, like minded people, compassionate capitalists, there's a lot of things in this world that simply would not get done. And, you know, we'll take it as far as we need to go. Within limits.
Well, we won't, but they did, because let's face it, sex sells. And it is, what do they say? The oldest profession, baby.
