The excerpt is a first-person spoken account in which the speaker describes a real-estate dispute: they claim a sales contract covering the building and land has been undermined because other parties (referenced: Linda, broker Jason, Therese, and Larnell) went around them to complete a separate deal on the building, effectively sabotaging the original transaction.

Chapters

We've got a sales contract on the entire property, building and land collectively, but we're selling it as a building separate to this other person. And I feel like what they've done is they've gone around the backside of my deal and put themselves in a situation where they are sabotaging the deal. And this person that I've been dealing with is going behind me to get it. Here's what Linda said. The condition now is where I was there, I seen it and I tried to put a halt to it, but by that point they were already too far in. And so this person went to like the broker that's dealing with this on it, Jason, and told Jason, here, we got the money here. Let's just do the deal. And Lar— Therese and Larnell went around me.
