Speaker (Catherine Bell) records an on-site YouTube monologue about a proposed mobile home park in Safford, AZ. She cites a local poverty increase (saying Safford's poverty rate is up ~30%), stresses the community need for affordable mobile-home options (not a "five-star" park but a working-class development), recounts a neighbor anecdote after accidentally clipping a fence, and emphasizes a dual mission to improve the community while running a profitable park that can be replicated/expanded. The video closes with a call to follow future project updates.

Hey, my fellow compassionate capitalists, one last video. I just want to talk about the neighbors. I don't know if Kathryn can just kind of pan around real quick. I'll walk close to the phone so she can do the, the full circle here. But the bottom line is, is that, you know, one of the statistics and stuff about the this town is that Safford, the poverty rate is up 30%. And again, I know that's, you know, that's kind of the way things have been rolling here for the last year or so. People getting priced out of their homes, out of their communities. And so there is a real need for mobile home parks. This is not going to be a five star mobile home park by any means because this is not, quite frankly, a five star community. This is working class, salt of the earth, good people. I kind of came in like a bull out of a china shop last night and apparently I clipped somebody's fence or whatever the deal was getting in. But he came out and, you know, made me stop and properly introduce myself and you know, had a beer and fixed the fence and you know, you got, you got, you got to get to, you got to get to have your neighbors because we actually represent everything that they have been taught to hate. The big money, corporate America coming in to run rough shot over the little man. And you know, that's, that's not what we're about. We are about leaving every property, person, property, community better than we found it. And the good thing is, is that people, quite frankly, you know, I'm not being rude here or anything, but poor people actually pay their bills. You see, they've got no other choice. They've got nothing if you take that away from them. And so can this park be a success if it's a go? Absolutely. Will we be filling the need? Absolutely. And will we also be profitable so that we can go and we can do this more, we can expand on this park or we can go to another town that needs it, build a park there that is safe and at the same time has as many amenities as possible for that price point. And the answer to all that is yes. So I'm excited about what the future has to hold. Keep watching our videos and we will let you know on the progress of this park or any other project that we are on. Until then, may you never awake from the American dream.
