Informal YouTube site-tour video by Catherine Bell (Titan Impact Group) in Safford, Arizona (near Thatcher). The speaker gives a casual, humorous walkthrough of temporary lodging and nearby features (king bed, indoor plumbing, closed swimming hole), explicitly states they "broke ground today" on a mobile home park project, and signs off to run an errand at Walmart. Background neighbor noise and local color punctuate the narration.

Hey, welcome Titan Impact Group. Come on into my crib. Hey, here we are in beautiful downtown Safford, Arizona. Or it could be Thatcher or six other towns. However, you know, we're not afraid to get down and dirty. Look, done got me some, some clean drawers for the morning. We got the nice view, king bed. Nothing. Nothing too good for my little lady. We got the swimming hole over here. It's closed tonight. But hey, we even got ourselves got ourselves some indoor plumbing. I don't need that. I hang it and drain it wherever it's okay. But hey, we're here to look at the mobile home park. We broke ground today and we're going to do some more tomorrow. And you know, what can I say? We are living the dream every single day. You can hear, hey, our neighbor, he's excited about the game. I'm not sure what game is on. He didn't even have a TV when we walked by. But this is going to be an interesting night. This is what we do for you. We are in touch with the people. So I hate to cut the video short, but I got to go to Walmart before it's closed or a riot starts soon here with our neighbor. So with that, we're living it. And may you never awake from the American dream.
