Hey, everybody. Steve with Titan Impact Group and maybe take a video or two and just kind of tell you what we're doing out here. As you can see around here, we've got roughly 27 acres that we would love to build a mobile old park on, as well as possibly down in the lower area there. Make an executive golf course. It's a mini golf course, but of course, you can't have people saying, well, it's executive if it's mini, but it's a miniature golf course. We'll see what happens. The redneck in me wants to make it a dirt bike track, atv. Let's do some jumps. Let's do some monster truck rallies. Hell yeah. But, hey, one of the things that we're out here doing is that phase one will actually end up being over there. There's five acres over there you really can't see. And we need to go make a road right in the middle of it so that the surveyors and everybody can get there and start letting us know where the sewer lines are. And of course, the sewer line, like I said before, most important thing, you gotta. You know, you gotta have that. Everybody out here is on septic as well as well water. And we're. We're trying to bring some civilization, if you will, here, so everybody will be improved. Because if we bring in the sewer lines, people can attach into the sewer line and stuff like that, and so that'll bring some revenue for the city as well. We've got to understand, you know, what kind of situation we're working with when it comes to the city. You know, are they. They little hoardy torty like Scott still love, or can we just show up with a case of beer and the blueprints on a napkin? You know, hey, we're gonna. That's one of the things that we got to find out. The other thing we think we got to find out is we got to check the land here. This is 27 acres. You can see it's kind of a little bit overgrown and stuff like that. We got to make sure there's no crime scenes here. You know, that's. I know people laugh about that, but it stopped projects before, so we got to make sure no bodies are bur. Evidence or Pablo Escobar was out here and got barrels of cash. And people, whatever the situation might be, you know, you never do know what the police force is like. We got Roscoe Pico Train on. It's been forever since I tried to do that impression. It was lousy. Is he gonna come out here with Flash. You know, do we got to go into town over the county courthouse, look up Boss Hogg, and, you know, grease the wheels a little bit? What do I got to do? These. These are the things that we find out before we comm any of our investors money to this. And so with that, I'm gonna, you know, go hop in the Bobcat and make another video later. May you never awake from the American dream.
