This is a YouTube short titled "Shark Costume Crashes Video Call, Discusses Renting Dirt! #shorts" (created 2026-08-07) containing a brief, informal planning conversation in English between Catherine Bell and at least one other speaker. They discuss having Catherine record two short videos (a "come join us" promo and an explainer), and to touch on a recurring concept — "owning the land and renting dirt" — with mentions of projects like the Palisades and Altadena.

I'm pretty good at rambling.
You're very good at— no, but just shoot maybe 2 videos about, hey, come join us tomorrow, and then also what it's about. And then also yesterday, or on Tuesday, there was a concept that we discussed about owning the land and renting dirt. And so we hear that often. So can you also do a video touching on that topic? Because it's something that comes up often.
Okay, sweet.
Thank you. Thank you.
Love it. Okay. I can do those. Love those. Perfect. Especially with the project that we're— the Palisades, even the Altadena, there's a version of that happening there. Perfect.
