Today is do I recommend Airbnb business? I have a hedge fund and we had Airbnb portfolio there and along with managing other Airbnbs. And the question is, it really depends. It depends on your personality. If you're somebody that likes to be hands on and really provide an amazing guest customer experience, then I would absolutely say yes, do Airbnb. If you're somebody who wants to be hands off, I would say, no, don't do Airbnb. It tends to just give a bad reputation and a bad name to the whole experience and what the whole thing is about. So again, it all depends. Depends on your personality and what you are ultimately looking for.
