Before we know it, we're gonna be here showing off our giant garbage pile here. What is any motivational about garbage? People come all over to see it and you know that that's all fine and dandy. Some people might call that a clue. The prices have skyrocketed. Homes were purchased for 300,000 five years ago, are now approaching the million dollar mark. So what can we do? I mean obviously you can't just sell a home and go get into more debt and buy a bigger home and wait for the bubble to burst and then you're underwater.
