Stop Losing Investors: Use Negative Hooks & 3-Second Rules! #shorts

Two marketers break down how to hook investors in three seconds using provocative openings like "I hate it when investors want their money back." They push 40% ROI deals, 10-second pitches, and name-dropping like Kathy, the queen of finding cheap soil in Tempe, Arizona.
Are you in the deal room? Learn what I'm doing.
Go to the marketing thing and say, give me negative hooks. Like, one of the things is that she's got these videos we did a couple of weeks ago where she's like, I hate it when investors want their money back. And like, that's a hook. Like, you're going to be like, what? And then you look— what do you mean? I, you know, I hate it when investors want their money back and they don't care about the returns they make. We care about the returns our investors get. We want to make sure they get at least 20%. So we don't look at any deals that are under 40% ROI. It's a 15-second clip that then tells the people that we're talking to what, you know, what we're doing is we're going after 40% ROI. But we caught them by saying we hate when investors ask for their money back because that hook is what people stay on because you got to catch them in that first 3 seconds, period. Like if you don't get them in that first 3 seconds, you're screwed. That's the other thing I want to talk to you about, Katya, that popped in my head just now. I came up with an idea for something a while back that is basically— it's a stolen idea. It's lit. I'm, I'm literally stealing the idea of the wheel. Uh, back when you guys were in high school, there was an app called Clubhouse. Okay, you had 3 and a half minutes of undivided attention. They were stuck, they can't go nowhere. But today you literally have this long. Ready? Watch, do that with me. That's how long it takes to get rid of your ass. I can literally just swipe you. I don't need you no more.
Never half of the way to the sales that I never succeeded.
I never once made it all the way through, ever, ever. Like, you know how much humility it takes for somebody like me to tell that? It's huge, right? And the reason why is because I'm going to tell you how stupid simple— because that makes it sound hard. Ready to hear how stupid simple that is? Ready? 30 sec— I'm sorry, a 10-second pitch. It was a 10-second pitch, not a 30-second pitch. That's mostly why I lost, because I was always trying to go 30. And so we can have a, we can have a universal timer, a universal, you know, word counting coach. Right. And so, and then at that point, every one of us comes in here and we're like, I've got a property. Are you looking for property in Tempe, Arizona? We've got one with really bad soil, but it's going to be dirt cheap. Give Kathy a call because she's the queen of finding that stuff. Right. Boom. There's my sales pitch.
Right.
