Catherine Bell explains that speaking to AI captures more context than typing because rambling aloud preserves nuances that get lost when you condense thoughts. GPT stands out among AI models for customer-outreach workflows, which inspired plans for a community-focused "Club Scottsdale GPT."
Can you give us a case study of this on top of an explanation for my audience?
So we talk to it rather than typing, because when we type, we automatically condense what we're saying and it needs as much context and it captures way more than we realize when we're actually talking. And so it's better to actually, like, ramble on than it is to, like, type and, like, miss a whole bunch of stuff that is actually very useful for it.
And, like, Grok and Gemini and Claude and GPT are all different. One The one thing that, but the one thing that this does, that GPT does that I haven't found that the others do is customer outreach. Like I can actually, and I'm gonna talk with you about it. I wanna create a Club Scottsdale GPT because ChatGPT is becoming the new Google. Everybody's got GPT on their phone.
