My fellow compassionate capitalists. Hey, we hope you're having a great Fourth of July weekend. Happy birthday to America. Of course. And as always, this is.
Well, I'm Steve. This is Kathryn. It's not Steve and Kathryn. It's the other way around. But, hey, you know what? Steve and Kathryn here with Titan Impact Group, and we just wanted to give you a heartfelt thank you as we reflect upon our independence, as well as the ability to help create and foster and build American dreams. And that's exactly what you've done with us and for us. And the thing is, is that everything has a ripple effect. There's a lot of people that you helped affect this year when it came to housing insecurity.
And, you know, right now in our nation, we're hurting a little bit.
Things aren't very good when it comes to the economy. A lot of people have been priced out of their homes. But, you know, we are the sentinels of the American dream. And America is made up of the best that the world has to offer. And so if there is a solution to any problem, it's us. Up to us to find it. And, you know, our investors, our funding partners have just gone gangbusters and taking steps to do that.
So I've rattled on enough.

So we just want to. Really want to thank you. So on behalf of the entire Titan Impact Group team that you. We thank you for being a part of having our vision and mission actually be possible and come true and come to fruition in the world. And that is that we are the sentinels of the American dream, and we leave every person, property and community better than we found them. And so it's because of you that that actually makes that possible. So. So we just wanted to say thank you. And your commas have been added to your bank accounts. All the funds have been sent out for the end of quarter two and along with the reports and everything. So that's all the boring stuff. But this is the heartfelt, fun stuff, which is thank you. Thank you for the difference that you are actually making in the world in helping other people's American dream and actually come true through home ownership.
