In this brief, informal YouTube short, three speakers—Blake, Mr. Moore, and a third participant—discuss a real‑estate opportunity: an airport hangar that also serves as an office space located at the lower end of Scottsdale Airport in Arizona. The property is currently undergoing renovation, and the speakers reference conceptual photos of the ongoing work. The conversation is light‑hearted and promotional, with repeated enthusiasm about the deal and a hint that the location is on the smaller side of the airport. No specific financial figures are provided, but the speakers convey excitement and a sense that the opportunity is noteworthy.

Blake, what do you got? Oh, Mr. Moore, you're here. It's so good.
So it was just an interesting deal that I want to run over. It is an airport hangar slash office in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Why are you trying to do this to me today, bro?
I can do something else.
No, this is awesome, Blake. Come on. Come on, Blake.
I don't get Tommy all riled up.
No, I love this.
So it's in Scottsdale, Arizona. It's currently being renovated, so it has some conceptual photos of it, but it's on the lower end of the airport. Since you know Scottsdale's a smaller airport.
Yeah, we're on the other side.
