In this brief update, the speaker outlines a proposed restructuring of Titan 23’s capital raising approach for its golf development project. Instead of the current 57%/33.1% allocation, the plan is to divide the financing into four distinct tranches: two designated for entities that can qualify under Opportunity Zone (OZ) rules, and two allocated to the golf side of the project. This split aims to enable certain entities to benefit from OZ incentives while supporting the golf development.

Now with what we've been able to update within Titan 23, we can cover the golf side of it and the development of the golf side on top of putting into the opportunity zone the entities that would be able to qualify. Right. So instead of maybe raising the capital the way you guys have it structured with the 57 and the 33.1, we break it up into like 4 different sections and have 2 of them for OZ and then 2 of them for, for the golf side. Right.
