Titan Impact Group tours Jake's Corner RV Park one month after purchase. The crew cleared overgrown areas in five days, revealing land for cabins, glamping, and tent sites. Wildlife like cardinals and robins have already returned to the newly opened space.

A dog park.
So here we are at Jake's RV park. And this is after five days of the crew taking the time to literally clear this entire gold mine that we found back here that all the previous owners had done absolutely nothing with. You can see what's really great is there's. We're going to be able to have extraordinary views. Look at that view. So this is where the sun actually sets. So it's going to be really, really cool. But again, look at this, all of this. We're going to be able to put cabins right along here. We're going to be able to have sites here that people can, you know, have little tents or whatever. And then this whole community area for barbecuing and parks and everything. And then we've got this beautiful pathway that people are going to be able to walk all the way along. Anyway, this is gold that we found this. Anyway, stay tuned for more. So here we are a month after owning Jake's, and they've done an extraordinary job cleaning up and clearing this. But the before video, if you remember, he was walking off into the actual bushes over there, which is crazy. And now there's no bushes. They're just got it all cleared up. This is absolutely a gold mine. So when it comes to, you know, people and operators having the vision and seeing what's actually possible in creating other streams of income and revenue, it's really extraordinary to be able to have that experience and know that. So they really, really did an amazing job creating more land so that we can put in cabins and glamping spots to be able to create cash flow.

That's what I love about real estate. Hey, Rick, check this out. Remember when you and I were Dr. And we could barely get through here to get to the wash? They have done an extraordinary job cleaning this entire area up. And now we can get in and out of the wash area just fine. I thought you'd appreciate this. So this is more of the cleanup that's been happening at Jake's. This entire wash here, you could not see any. Any of this literally was so bad and so grown over. And so they've done such an extraordinary job cleaning that that all this is actually being turned. Once they remove all of that, it's going to be a dog park there. But this. This is beautiful. And what's so cool is I actually saw my first cardinal. He's over there sitting in the tree. We got some robins. So even the birds are super happy about what has been created. So something really powerful in just literally cleaning up the land literally gave us all this extra space to be able to use simply by cleaning it up. All right, so one of the things I I did this in another video but this is cool because we brought Catherine out here today to see her perspective because sometimes when you're in the middle of it all you do what you do but you can't. You can't really appreciate it but does amazing art. Witness tree and again, Jake's was a stage coach non stop back in 1884 at so it was here since the very beginning. It's probably the only one. Well, it is the only one is that old so we clean it up and obviously we got to get rid of the brush and stuff. Yeah, we're going to make something nice here. Have a little plaque and stuff like this. This will be one of the many stopping points to enjoy at Jake's rv.
