Catherine and Dave show off the new portable shed office at Jake's, the RV park they bought three weeks ago. They're adding western styling and a porch, but keeping it portable for permitting reasons. The goal is to improve the property and the community around it.

About three weeks
A Tuft portable shed (described as the first office for Jake's)
So here we are with more Jake's updates. Babe, you want to do the grand unveiling since this was all you?
Well, I was busy going to Sotheby's trying to bid on the Constitution of the United States. Yes, you heard that. That's typical life of Dave. Steve. So, unfortunately, the cell got canceled. Way to go, Sotheby's. But we came back to this beauty right here. Tuft Shed. Went ahead and built, well, built, Catherine, an office. We're going to go ahead and we're going to come off here with a little. Little porch, little western thing. It's gonna look a lot like Jake's bar over there. And we're just gonna western it up a little bit. And Catherine will have a new place. This is the first time Jake's ever had an office. Sheila's been taking care of rent and stuff down at her general store, but yeah. So welcome to new office. For taxes, permitting, and liability issues, this will remain strictly as it is, a portable shed. There will not be any drywall or bamboo wood flooring or Tiffany color paint or ceiling fans and heaters and air conditioners and desks ever put in this shed. Really? I promise.
So we are here at Jake's doing updates. And here's what's really extraordinary. This is actually our new office that's out here that we just had built. And what I love about real estate is the ability to create and to make things better and more beautiful and more amazing. We've got a little park that we're creating here, and one of our company's missions is that we leave every person, property, and community better than we found them. So we bought this RV park a little about three weeks ago, and so far we have done an enormous amount of cleanup work inside of that commitment of leaving every person, property, and community better than we found them and having it just be more beautiful and wonderful. So I'm looking forward to sharing with you more transformations that we're doing and the parks that we're creating and these beautiful community spaces that we are creating for our guests and our tenants in the entire community. There's just something really remote, remarkable that when we have the ability to make a difference, we absolutely do. So with that, I would love to know what it is that you're called to do. Where are you making a difference in the world? And just the little ways, how are you leaving every person, property, and community better than you found them?
