Hey everybody, Electrician Steve over here again the day before Christmas. Because who doesn't want to be doing electrical the day before Christmas? Everybody is so patient and kind. Hey. Anyways, it's just the absentee owners again. They don't. Especially owners who aren't electricians who just hire but don't verify the electricians they have and stuff like that. Anyways, what's happened here is that because the tenants haven't had people that cared in a really long time, they tend to try to do the electrical themselves and stuff, which obviously you don't want that to happen. But it's something as simple as these. These are all 120 volts. Okay? It's not, it's not two legs of 120 what gives you 240. It's just a single phase 120. And so that means the two bars that are on top there, one works and one doesn't. And somebody had come and flipped the metal tab in the breaker around to where it was hitting the bar that wasn't. So anyway, simple fix. But these are the problems you have.
