Catherine Bell and her partner closed on Jake's Corner RV Park and are introducing themselves to tenants with a welcome letter. They kept the existing manager, spotted a broken gas pump they could fix to serve guests heading to the lake, and found the property was featured in a local movie.
So here we are, sharing our journey with all of you. A lot of people are curious about what it takes to run an RV in a mobile home park. And so here we are. We just took possession of this last week and closed on the sale. So we're really excited. And so Steve and I came out today, and what we're doing is he wrote this really great letter to all of our new guests and tenants. And we just handed it out to everybody and went and talked to everybody and introduced ourselves and, you know, had a little bit of fun with it. And so that is the next part of the journey is just letting them know who we are and who. The manager is still staying in place, but everybody was pretty excited to see us. So there's only one guy cussing, but he wasn't cussing at us. He just cussed all the time.
I like him already.

As we were just talking and you were strolling through, it was funny to see how excited you were. You're like, yay. You're just really amped up about this whole journey that we're going on here with Jake's. And it's. It's just cool. You. You, like, squealed a little bit. You're like. It was cool. But one of the other things, and this is just something that is potential. That right there is a gas pump, and it needs to be fixed. And we're the only ones between here and the lake.
