On-site update (Jake's Corner RV Park) showing progress cleaning an overgrown wash area; speaker highlights large brush piles, reveals previously hidden property value after clearing, and emphasizes that property maintenance is how they make mobile home parks profitable. The clip notes this is "day three" of work and previews further progress.
Day three.
Take me home country road to the place I belong Jake's Corner. All right, we'll let John Denver finish that off. But hey, look at this, look at this, look at this. We're over here in the wash. The fact that you can actually see it now, I mean, granted we've got major brush pile ups to clean up and stuff like that, but these guys have been doing absolutely an amazing job. You can see what I saw here. I mean, everything was all overgrown and stuff. Stuff. And a lot of people think it looks and sounds too much like work and it is, but that's how we make mobile home parks profitable. People don't want to maintain them and they don't see all the things that are here. To plant these trees and stuff like that would have cost a fortune. You clean it up, you're able to see things now. And this is where the value is at Jake's. And we're only on day three. I'm excited to tell you, see what happens next.
