Steve tours Jake's Corner RV Park and shows the new 30amp plug installation. He negotiated a $600,000 price reduction over electrical problems and says underground infrastructure is critical when buying parks like this. Steve is a former commercial electrician.

Hey, everyone, it's Steve and Catherine behind the camera. Camera Catherine today over here at our little Jake's Corner RV park. Hey, you know, we just went ahead and, we went ahead and put a new little 30amp RV plug here. Basically the electrical. This, this is an old park and, you know, I knew it going into it. And again, what's under the ground is either going to make you or break you when it comes to buying RV parks, mobile home parks. We did knock off. We were about to get 600 grand knocked off of this because I pointed out everything wrong with the electrical. And so I was a commercial electrician for many years. So it, I'm not just a little happy homeowner doing my thing. So anyways, again, it's just important that you know what's under the ground because that's what's going to make you or break you.
