A short YouTube video monologue (by Catherine Bell/Titan Impact Group) describing cleanup and landscaping work at Jake's Corner RV Park. The speaker highlights progress clearing the wash, improved appearance of trees and vegetation, notes the site was previously overgrown, credits the crew, and teases a "big reveal" about a longstanding tree at the park.
All right, so we've cleaned up the wash. I'll send some pictures and everything like that. But you can see this is getting cleaned up pretty good. But look how good these trees and everything look. Now, remember before that was all overgrown, looked like hell, and now these guys are still working hard and everything. But look, this is exactly the way that I was hoping that it would end up looking again, all this vegetation and everything else, else like this. I mean, to have this landscaped and stuff would have cost a fortune. But again, it's the importance of having the right people on your side. We're able to go down to the wash now, things like that, and we're able to see. But I'm excited. I'm gonna go do the big reveal on the. On the tree that's been here since before the beginning of the park.
