A short promotional YouTube monologue (Feb 24, 2021) by Steve Wahl of Titan Impact Group (with Kathryn) pitching their role managing distressed mortgages and mobile-home-park investments. Steve cites a named example (Cibola Mobile Home Park), uses exaggerated-return language for emphasis, frames the company as providing hands-on customer service to "unclog" financial backlogs caused by COVID-era forbearance, and signs off with a folksy, sales-oriented message.

My fellow compassionate capitalists, Steve Wahl here with Titan Impact Group. Today, both Kathryn and I look and feel like. What's in this pipe? But hey, I got to tell you, this is Cibola Mobile home park. Yes, it is one of the famed cities of gold this baby has been cranking out for us. Dare I tell you, thousand percent return every single month. Now, we can't promise you that, obviously, because, again, this is a mythical city of gold. But the whole point being is it doesn't matter if dogs are barking, interrupting our video. It doesn't matter if Katherine and I are both sick. The only thing that matters is the people who make what we do possible. Their pipes got clogged up. Not necessarily their fault. They need us to take care of it. We do whatever it takes to take care of it. That's our customer service here. We always remember that even though we may be at the top, we don't forget the little guys because we used to be the little guys. And that's what makes Titan Impact Group a little bit different. So we're getting ready to unclog the financial lines of distressed mortgages due, getting backlogged by the forbearance once that gets lifted. So all of you investors know that this is the work ethic that you will receive to get a return on your investment. And to all those who have been a little clogged up lately because of COVID know that Steve and Kathryn, the financial plumbers, are on the way. Until next time, I am Steve Wall. I do know money. Apparently, today, crap is my bread and butter, and I am a sentinel of the American dream.
