Did you see the deals today in The Deal Room? We're in the middle of a $50 million data center deal, another $50 million RV park. So like, we'll do the little deals, the big deals, you know, but again, the big deals and then having us all come together inside of the program and then everybody gets to do whatever their genius is inside of it. And then we all get to participate in the profits from it.
Okay, so, so how does it, how does it usually work? How long has this thing been going on? First, we've been Were you doing it before I met you at Race Fest?

So yeah, real recent. I mean, this is— this is— I want to say this is the next version of what I was doing with Flipping Females when I was partnering with women, teaching them how to invest. We flipped like 500 properties. So this is like the next layer of it. Only, you know, that was my aha when I realized that the amount of time that I was taking to do like a single-family flip is the same amount of time to do a commercial deal. Only this one has more commas. I was like, no one there.
Exactly. That's the thing. I have no interest in single-family homes. This is the only reason I'm doing it is because the returns are healthy. And if we're bringing other people in, it's like, it's like on this deal, for example, 368, if somebody brought me the PMO for that, I can carve out 5 points for them. You know what I mean? Yeah.
And they're not even bringing the money.
And so that's, that's where I'm trying to figure out if this is appropriate to even bring into this deal or if it was all about land, you know what I mean?
