In this YouTube short, the presenter demonstrates how to use ChatGPT's "Explore GPTs" feature to locate the "Deal Hunter by Landshark" GPT. After selecting it, they show the four optional prompts provided by the GPT, explain that they will not use them, and then upload a meeting transcript from a recorded session. The workflow continues with the GPT generating a concise post‑meeting summary email that is sent to participants, a step the presenter notes is highly appreciated by recipients. The video serves as a quick, instructional showcase of leveraging a specialized GPT to automate meeting documentation and follow‑up communication.

So if we go into ChatGPT, we got the paid version of ChatGPT. We'll show you all sorts of fun things that we program. But this is one of the cool ones. So you go to explore GPTs here and then here it gives you a search option. You type in Deal Hunter by Landshark and there it is. You'll see the fun little logo and then start chats and then here we are. And it gives you four prompts that you can use or not use, it doesn't matter. In this case, we're not going to use these because we don't. It's not. What it is is. So I'm going to upload the transcript for the meeting that we had with them. We record all of our meetings, just so you know, and we let people know that we're recording them. And what we do is after the meeting, we take that transcript and then literally send them an email with all the details of the meeting that we had. And every single person is deeply grateful for those post meetings.
