We talked about like how much per night it could generate, stuff like that. So we can work up a pro forma, raise capital for it, go at it from that approach if we want to. It's been up for sale for over a year. So if we could get a hard money loan on it for 12 months to get the proof of concept done and then turn around and Based on what we're leasing it at, that's the way to do it.
