And so it's just cheaper to keep improving the place than it is to actually pay your property taxes, you know, and so that kind of mindset sitting on my board looks for the loopholes, looks for the spots that we can make money from, ancillary areas and spots that, you know, basically you're creating money out of, out of, out of policy, out of legislation, out of tax deferment, out of all these things. Right. And these are things that are smarter than me as a developer. But having this board be able to scrape the Internet and go find that information, information and think like they think, you know, going back to bragging about you being on there, I said I wanted Catherine Bell on my board because she's, I mean, she's the queen of flipping houses. She was. She ran the flipping females a few years ago, you know, flipped, you know, over 500 houses and, and, you know, so who wouldn't want that, that individual on their board? They're definitely smarter than me. So, pulling you on there, am I wrong? Has it been able to find you and, and identify you and, and really sink into your avatar?
Yeah, I was shocked. And, you know, again, I wrote five books. So clearly it went and grabbed my books, it grabbed my. All my social media stuff, it grabbed my blogs, newsletters, tons. I mean, I guess I have a lot of content out there, and I still wouldn't consider myself any close to being famous, but there was enough content out there that it did understand who I was and my philosophy and has brought in my personality.
