Hey everyone, it's Kathryn and Laura with Titan Impact Group. And we're here to share another lesson of what we learned as kids from this fabulous board game that we all know, Monopoly. And so the first thing that we do is that we pick a piece. Which piece did you always pick? I always pick the horse. Me too. That's why we've been best friends for well over 20 years. We have played so many games together, we have lost track. One or the other positions that I always, always, always love to play was being the bank. And here's what's so extraordinary about that. In any real estate transaction today, the most secure position to actually be is the bank. And so that's what Titan Impact Group is. We are the bank. And we show our, we partner with our investors and show them how to beat the bank as well, which is very exciting. That's a whole other lesson. In the meantime, what we learned about this game. And Laura and I have played thousands of different types of games all over the world, all over different countries, on cruise ships, all over the place. We love to play. And we're exactly like that in life. We love to play. And the whole thing that I'm getting to inside of all the games that we've played is that inevitably we start a game that we've never played before and we figure out the basic rules of it, the gist of it. We pick our piece, we roll the dice and we get playing and we'll just play and play and play. And about halfway through the game, inevitably we're like, wait a minute, how do you win this game? And they'll say, okay, well, read the rules to us and tell us how to win the game. And I'll look down and go, oh, look, I won. And so the whole point of that is, that is exactly what we've done in life and in business is we just get on the game board and we play. Rather than having analysis paralysis and having to figure the whole thing out and strategize, just, just get on the game board and play. So that is exactly what we do. We've got a game board.
