What is a good real estate investment strategy? So the answer to that is it depends. It depends on what your skill set is on who your team is, what resources you have available and where in the world you are and then of course what you're passionate about. And so going on an exploration to be able to figure out what that is will help you whittle down and figure out what it is. It took me about 20 years to figure out what what I loved and so through joining local real estate investment groups, local meetup groups, real estate investment groups on social media platforms, getting yourself educated, I read about a book a week on the subject that I want to learn about and then of course getting yourself a mentor that you bring value to and learn from their wins and from their mistakes.
