WHEN YOU GO WITH WHAT YOU KNOW AND SAY GOODBYE TO GOLDEN FINANCIAL OPPORTUNITIES!!!!!

Steve Wall went from park manager to mobile home park owner by choosing unfamiliar, high-return investments over comfortable low-value options. He argues most people stick with what they know and miss golden opportunities, and pitches distressed assets like mobile home parks as investments that deliver strong returns.

My fellow compassionate capitalists behind me, the water tower of my baby. The goose that keeps laying the golden eggs. Cibolo Mobile Home Park. It's kind of interesting that as a child I had all the dreams that every other kid my age had. I wanted to grow up to be a professional baseball player, maybe a fireman or who knows, maybe even an astronaut. Not once as a child did I ever think, you know, how cool it would be. The ultimate would be to own a mobile home park stuck between two railroad tracks. That would be awesome. And yet, because I was able to change my thinking, that one decision turned my life around forever. It kind of reminds me of we'll have another cheesy Steve story time right now. Reminds me of the time when I was in the Philippines and at the time the peso rate was 30 Filipino pesos to 1American dollar. And their pennies were, they called them centavos. So 25 centavos would buy a kid a little bag of nakaara nuts. And boy, Filipino kids love those little bags of nakaara nuts and 25 centavos. Of course, if you're doing the math right now it's less than a penny. A friend of mine told me about this experiment that he was doing and I had to do it just to. I didn't believe it at first but so I had to go try it. We'd go into a home and we'd ask the parents not to say anything or encourage their kids in any way, shape or form. We'd then invite the kids over to the table and we put down 25 centavas and boy, the kids eyes lit up because they knew that these Americans, these joes were going to give them 25 centavos so they could go get their naka' a nuts. And then we'd go ahead and we'd lay down a hundred dollar bill and the parents eyes would get huge because that was more than a month's wages. And we'd give the kids the option. 25 centavos for the nakahara nuts or a hundred dollar bill. And fortunately for me and my wallet, every single time they chose the 25 centavos, they chose to go with what they knew. It just goes to show nature versus nurture. How many opportunities do we have that lie before us, that because of our thoughts, our preconceived notions, we go ahead and we pass up on you see, I know you can't see it right now, but when I made. I was manager here at this park for many years and Then I had the opportunity to buy it. The offer was given to me for a dollar to buy this. And I thought there was something immoral or illegal about it because there's no way that I could make more in two weeks time owning it than I could an entire year managing it. It was just mind blowing to me. Fortunately, the opportunity came again. Those weren't quite the terms, but they're still a tremendous amount ROI on my baby here. But it allowed me to enjoy life more to go to auctions. And one of the things that I had was I have a Peter Forrest Declaration of Independence, one of four that is west of the Mississippi. That Declaration of Independence lived in that mobile home for two years. Fortunately, now I've got a beautiful home that resides in its proper place. However, the whole point is this, is that here at Titan Impact Group there's a lot of things that, you know, we like to get down and dirty. We, because of the investments that we make, they're not sexy, they're distressed assets. However, they are geese that lay the golden eggs. Okay, they're ugly ducklings, but man do they lay the golden eggs. And we invite you as potential funding partners to understand that the government, due to government overreach has left a path of devastation when it comes to residential homes, when it comes to shopping malls, even when it comes to mobile home parks. That these ugly places, they need to be scooped up, they need a little tlc, they need to have faith brought back into the people who live there that it can be turned around. That these distressed non performing assets can be turned into geese that lay the golden eggs that once again American pride of ownership can be brought back. And that by doing this we are able to have tremendous returns on our profits. So that's my quick little video for today. I hope you enjoyed it. As always, we hope that Eric. Titan Impact Group our goal is to never allow anyone to awake from the American dream. I'm Steve Wall. I know money and I am a sentinel of the American dream.
