Hey everyone, this is Kathryn with Titan Impact Group and I'm here to talk to you about where can you buy notes? This is one of my favorite subjects and it all comes down to it's not what you know, it's who you know. Relationship, relationship, relationship. This absolutely matters more than you can imagine. We buy notes specifically from banks, and there are lots of place, other places you can buy notes from. We find a lot of investors love to sell notes to each other. So if you go to local investor classes like local RIAs, get on different investor groups inside of Facebook, LinkedIn, all the different groups, you can connect with investors there and have those relationships. That's another place you can buy notes and, and then there are different financial institutions that are actually creating notes or other investors that are creating notes. So there's lots of different places that you can actually buy notes. And the biggest thing is, is to get online and start getting yourself educated inside of that. But the biggest thing really is it all comes down to the relationships. So remember, when you are working with whoever you're working with, you never know how later on that relationship may come back around and could help or hinder you. So I invite you to consider leaving every person, property and community better than you found them, because that relationship later on may be the one and the key to you getting deals or not.
