Hey, everyone, it's Katherine with Titan Impact Group, and I'm here to talk about where you can buy notes. One of the things that I've learned over the decades of investing is it's all about not necessarily what you know, but who you know. Those relationships are key to absolutely everything. My grandfather taught me that. And making sure that you take care of those relationships that you have is absolutely critical. So. So we buy our notes from financial institutions, banks, hedge funds, places like that. If you don't have those relationships, another place that you can develop relationships is at local real estate investment groups. You can also go online. There's different investment groups in Facebook, LinkedIn, places like that. So you can get connected there and let people know that you're looking to buy notes there as well. But the biggest thing that I want to stress is it's all about the relationships. We've got to take care of those relationships, because you never know how later on those relationships may impact you. We are a place that you can buy notes from as well, and we love to work with our investors, and so we partner with investors. But it all comes down to the relationships that we have with them and they have with us. So, as always, I want to make sure that you are encouraged in your own life to leave every person, property, and community better than you found them. Because. Because you never know how years, if not decades later, that relationship could come around and actually help you, or if you didn't, take care of it and hinder you.
