Two speakers question a real estate coach named Heather who highlights only one successful property while charging high fees. They argue her program focuses on mindset metaphors instead of teaching concrete, repeatable investment tactics like acquiring no-recourse loans or scaling properties.
Really? Okay.
Yeah. Yeah. Well, I never heard about property two through 100. I've only heard about property number one.
Yeah.
Ever.
It's all I've ever heard about as well. Ever. All.
Her stuff. Yeah. I'm like.
It'S actually gone to her event.
Where's property number two? Where's property number 10? Where's property number 100? Where did you rinse and repeat? Yeah, because like, where was the next place you slept on the floor? Where was the next place you got a no recourse loan because anybody can have lightning strike them and survive? That's a great story, but I don't think you should get paid $5,000 to tell people about it or say you're able to sell a coaching program on how to get struck by lightning.
Yeah.
So nothing against Heather, but, you know, at the end of the day, she's not actually out there teaching people to invest, in my opinion. She's giving people mindset change. And so I think that's got value to it.
You know.
The mindset change is that you just don't give up. You know, be willing to get struck by lightning. You know, get yourself out there. Don't hide in. In the middle of the storm. Get in the middle of the storm.
Right.
So I appreciate her for all that stuff. 100% motivational, 100% educational, not so much. So Pace teaches people how to do what he does over and over and over and over.
