Advanced Integrative Coach Certification; the 3 Brains Coach Certification Webinar

In this 60‑minute webinar Christoffel Sneijders introduces the 3‑Brain Coach certification program, which integrates the head (neocortex), heart (cardiac/limbic) and gut (enteric) “brains” into a unified coaching methodology. Sneijders critiques the low success rates of traditional psychology, coaching and corporate culture‑change initiatives, and argues that aligning the three brains can double effectiveness. He outlines the evolutionary origins, functions, and language of each brain, describes five common misalignments that cause demotivation, depression, procrastination, stress, anxiety and poor decision‑making, and presents practical tools for detecting and realigning the brains in clients. The webinar also covers clinical and corporate applications (PTSD, addiction, leadership), market demand for mental‑health interventions, and logistical details of the 4‑day, ICF‑accredited certification (dates, pricing, discount code). Throughout, Sneijders shares case anecdotes, emphasizes the importance of gut‑heart‑head communication, and positions the training as a fast‑track to elite coaching competence.
Chapters
Hey, welcome on this 3 Brain Coach certification webinar. We're going to talk today in a little bit less than an hour about the 3 Brain Coach certification training that is now in the process of getting an accreditation of the ICF for CCE points and also for the Australian Hypnotherapy Association that already accredited it. What are we going to do today? We're going to learn about a proven effective way to enable successful long-lasting change. And it's based on scientific research. What am I talking about? Also, you're going to learn how your 3 brains, or our 3 brains, our head, our heart, and our gut, are connected for powerful decision-making, and how they store memories and emotions like stress, fear, anger, grief, sadness, and frustration. You also learn why this 3-Brain Coach methodology is at least twice as successful as traditional coaching or psychology. And I'm still being modest when I say twice. You'll learn a little bit about the science behind our 3 brains, the head, heart, and gut, and how they work. Also a little bit about the language, the language they use, so how you can see the signs that one is active or not active. You'll understand how your clients actually blocking themselves in finding solution to their objectives. And you will learn what kind of 5 main misalignments we can have in our 3 brains that really keep us stuck, and it can lead to demotivation, depression, procrastination, stress, anxiety, ineffective decision-making, and bad performance. You can almost say everything that's bad in our life is coming from those 5 misalignments. Who am I? What can I bring to you? Who's the host of today? I'm a supervisor in clinical hypnotherapy. I'm a hypnotherapist working in depression, PTSD, anxiety, and addictions. Also, I'm the lead trainer of an advanced clinical hypnotherapy and holistic psychotherapy training. I'm also an associate professor at the IE Business School, ranked number 9 worldwide— they're really proud of that— in leadership and organizational behavior. And last but not least, I'm an executive business coach and coach executives in Europe. I'm now working 30 years in coaching, training, and therapy. Consulting. And according to the last numbers, I worked with more than 110,000 people and also worked in Europe, Middle East, India, Asia, USA, and Australia. And that gave me also that insight actually how we all are the same and also how we all are different. What's my passion? Really, my passion is to make you excel. To make you the best you can be. I'm also inventing, and that's why we talk about today the Three Brain Coach Certification Program. So old science says our head rules, and maybe you saw this picture once. In our head, we have the beautiful brain. When that is divided in 3 parts, to say the neocortex, that's our human brain, the limbic brain, what they say is emotional brain, reptilian brain, that's the instinctual brain. And I like to challenge that right away for you in a different way. Because say you could make a decision, and you would make a decision. Would you say you would follow more your logic, so your head? So hey, this is logical to do, let's do A or B. Or sometimes maybe you follow your heart, your passion, even without thinking of it. Or maybe you're more in a gut feeling person. If it feels good in your gut, you follow it. When you think about it, if you're not aware of all your 3 brains and how they know how to work with them, then how are you going to make a truly balanced decision? Because that's actually the whole question this whole webinar and this whole program is about. How can you integrate those 3 different brains we're talking about? Because what's actually paradox? In the old literature, they said our head is the only brain. But sometimes we follow our heart or for our gut feeling. So how is that possible? If our head is the only brain, then how can we follow our heart or our gut? That actually kept me busy for a long, long, long, long time when I was working as coach, as I was teaching people. And I was working as a therapist. How is that possible? Why do people not just change and sometimes do say quote quote stupid things, as we all sometimes do when we follow our heart or gut, or actually we have discussion between those three? That feels good, but I think differently. Now what's actually the result of this approach that in old literature we always think our head is the only decision-making unit in us, that psychology has a success rate between 15% and 50%. The overall coaching industry has a success rate of 50% max. And of course, coaching works with much lesser issues than psychologists do. Life coaching, even worse, has a success rate of 20% to 30% based on research. And in companies, culture change projects, 1 out of 4 is maybe successful, up to maybe 4 out of 10. I wonder, is this really a great result, or are we actually doing something wrong? That was always my question, because I was part of this business. I had the same kind of results in the past and was never happy with it, because how can you look to a client really in his eyes and say, yeah, Sometimes it goes, sometimes it doesn't go. And they trust you for their development. Sometimes there's real serious issues. And somewhere I like to really deliver results. Now, what is the current industry doing about this? Actually, in psychology, they added mindfulness, what's a 3,000-year-old methodology, and they added EMDR, eye movement desensitization, that's actually moving your eyes to get the trauma out of you. And both of them are not psychology-based. Mindfulness was there before psychology was there, and EMDR is almost an NLP tool or technique. And in culture change in companies in the last years, everybody's gone agile. And the results already are actually the same. 4 out of 10 max have really an effectiveness. 6 out of 10 still fail in really changing what the CEOs and companies think they should change in. So all of that really made me think the last 10 years, what should I do different? What should I make? But there's more that really has success. Why is it not working? And I started to work, as you saw, in PTSD, in depression, with trauma. People were sexually abused, people had witnessed horrible things, and I became aware that trauma stuck somewhere in the body. The body actually is in charge on that moment. And based on that, I further researched, I became aware actually we have 3, or you could also say 5 brains. We still have that head brain, and that could be 3 brains, but I say it's one. And we actually have a gut brain that is 500 million years old. It, it was coming to this Earth when, say, the sea cucumbers and all those kind of living animals came here. Food came in, Food came out, one big intestine actually, and it had a survival mechanism, fight and flight. And actually in our gut we have 500 million brain cells. That's a nice remembering, 500 million years old, 500 million brain cells. That is the size of a cat, cat's brain. It can memorize, it can take actions, and it also communicates in emotions. We have a heart brain, 60 million years old. It came to this earth when the mammals came to this world and we really became warm-blooded animals. All the reptiles before that, the dinosaurs, reptiles are cold-blooded, have a different kind of heart structure. Mammals are warm-blooded like we are, and we keep our temperature on 37 degrees. We needed a different kind of Heart and brain, and it also meant that we were living more in social groups. A reptile is not social, as you know, absolutely not. So to become more social and living in groups, heart-brain was installed. It has 100,000 brain cells less than the others, but it is Extremely profound and important because the heart brain is actually the brain that connects us. And of course we have our head, as I said, the reptile brain, the mammal limbic brain, but actually those two are subsidiaries or assistants of the other two, actually to organize our huge complex system as we are as a human being and actually as a mammal. And we have so many things to do that the gut could not be totally in charge anymore. So the reptilian brain came in to actually be in charge of our, of our whole body, of our digestion, of our movements, and those kind of stuff. And the mammal limbic brain is actually the control center for, okay, which kind of hormones should I now send to left or right or up and down? And of course, we have the gray matter, that huge neocortex, the head brain as I call it. It's 2 or 6 million years old. It's really recent. So how can it ever be in charge if it's the latest invention? And there's many, many, many, many, many, many cells, and we'll come back later. What does it really do? But actually what it does is remembering. And let's go into what are really the objectives and purposes of those 3 brains and why is it connected with coaching is so important to know. And why do we follow sometimes our gut feeling, and why do we fully follow sometimes our heart or our passion? Now, the gut brain is actually the me brain. And what I mean with me brain, it is highest intention is to survive. A sea cucumber in the sea, the only thing it wants to do is survive. It doesn't want to have a social group. It doesn't want to have a nice beer with you or a nice drink. It doesn't like to have a nice chat with you. It likes to survive. It likes to eat. It likes to put out, but likes to survive. And it's protection of the self, safety, reproduction, and food. That's actually everything where it's in charge of. And because survival is our highest intention as a living entity, it actually can always overrun all the others. If safety is at risk, it will step in. What are the resources? It has to manage us. It has— it is actually our identity. If we think about ourselves or our ego, it's in our gut. And the ego likes to be something. Now, if you like to be something, you do that as a survival mean. You need an ego to be bigger or better than you are. And it works with emotions: fear, anger, and rage, lust, desire, hunger, and disgust. Those emotions actually We can feel there. Where you feel hunger, your stomach. Where do you feel the lust? Now we won't ask that, but you know the thing. Where do you feel fear of anger? Actually in your gut. What happens if you're really fearful? You have to go to the bathroom. Just think about what you are afraid of. And when you're really afraid or getting that fear feeling, you have to go to the bathroom. It's in charge of that. What are the actions it does? Impulse for fight or flight, connection on survival. It freezes when it is in total shock and does not know if it should fight or flight. What's happening? And when it really cannot fight or flight, and it thinks it will not survive, it will immobilize. And just in our human nature, we actually feel totally depressed, or we faint, or we lose all the energy. To live. Those are the 3, 4 things it does. And actually, that fight or flight is also in our communication. If you attack somebody by words, actually you're fighting. If you're making all these excuses, probably you're flying, you're flying away. If you don't know what to say and you stumble over your words, you freeze or immobilize. The heart brain, the us brain, highest objective when it came to this world is to belong, to work in those groups together. So your heart wants to connect and belong. And when we are born as little kids, we're totally helpless and useless almost, and our caregivers are the most important to survive. So we have to belong to our caregivers and make Make them like us. That's actually a huge survival mechanism. Your heart is in charge of that. It creates that feeling of connection with others and with us. What are the resources? This it is the values of good and wrong, and it has the emotions of love. Makes sense. Where do you feel love? Your heart. But also hope, joy, and happiness. Really feel it there. You feel it. Your upper body, both acceptance of somebody and of things, aversion, despair, guilt, hate, sadness, shame, is there actually to protect yourself or act on it that you feel disconnected with somebody else. Hate is to protect yourself from being hurt, of the connection. If you hate somebody, you like to be disconnected. Sadness, shame is there to learn how to connect better. What are the actions? I said values of good and wrong, and also understanding of somebody else, the inspiring, being optimistic, being enthusiastic, being persuasive. All the influencing skills from connecting are coming from there. And then the last brain, or the last brain evolution-wise, but the biggest brain, that is our logic brain. What does it want to do? And everything is still set on survival, and that we do the best in life is actually to predict the future. That big database in our head is there to look at the time, to learn from the past and the now, to predict the future better. That's why we know past, present, future as only animals, because if we predict the future better, we have more survival means. It creates an awareness. What's happening now? Am I aware of myself, what I'm doing? And it is a big database of memories and knowledge. What does it do? What doesn't do? And because it's connected with the limbic brain in our head, it can also activate emotions. Because if you think about the memory, you can actually activate an emotion, and that is there to learn from it. That's also why we have in our head That limbic brain, because if it would send from your head to your heart, it would take too much time. This is just a beautiful shortcut. And of course, it's also— that's why I speak English— it's the language. Because if we like to connect with each other, we need language. And if you think, yeah, but how does it now really work? Is our limbic brain now really not in charge, or a reptilian brain, or head? Why is Christopher right? As an example, just think about crows and those beautiful black animals, those birds. Crows live in groups. They're social animals. If a crow dies, the rest of the group grieves for it. And they also, they have a partner for life that have that bonding connection. And based on those 3 things, you would say, okay, they must have a huge limbic brain that takes all care of that. What's the trick and what's the nice thing? Birds don't possess a limbic brain or a neocortex. Yeah, tiny, tiny, tiny, tiny neocortex, but they don't have a limbic brain. Birds don't have that, so it can never be in charge, your limbic brain, of all your emotions and connections. As it's not there for birds, but they prove they have it. So that means our heart-brain must be in charge, must be in charge, because birds have a heart-brain. Now, what are the actions of our head? Anticipation, interest, surprise, wonder, curiosity— all those things to grasp and learn from the future and from what's happening now. But also reasoning, abstraction, analysis, synthesis, creating. From what is actually happening, to understand what is really happening so it makes sense. And based on sense, we can do a better prediction. And those are the three brains we have. If you put it in a chart, actually, then this is the whole overview in that of the things I said. The gut brain is the survival brain. Goals likes to have results. Action fight fly, and always has the question: How do we do this? The heart. The heart brain, no. The heart brain likes to be together. The action is to connect. The question is with whom? So we can belong. In our head, the blue is really to understand. Action is analyze and create. And the question is, why is that happening? Why, why, why, why, why? To understand. What little babies do and what little kids do, 'cause they like to stuff their head with all those reasoning. Now what's the real issue of most coaches and therapists when they work and why their success rate is so low? It's because they get stuck in the conscious and subconscious dilemma. Maybe you saw these slides once, conscious mind, subconscious mind, 5%, 10%. Then that conscious mind is actually our head, our head brain. Because where we are having that awareness in the subconscious mind is actually our heart and gut brain. What we don't know— the beliefs, the traumas, the habits, the values. And it always goes from what does it do and not how's it doing it. So when you really look how we operate, you could see actually in a huge chart how we act. From the bottom, we have instinct. Actually, our gut brain seeking happiness, belonging, heart brain avoiding pain and fear. Based on that, we have the values of childhood, the experiences, trust, anger, and that's a not declarative memory. Our body is in charge. We don't know that later in life after our first seven years when we go to school, we learn all the other things: the systems, the rules, what should we do and shouldn't we do. But that's just one sentence. You don't know what I really did in those 30 years. What do you see? My communication presentation. You can hear my voice, you can hear my accent, the tonality, the speed, the pace. You can see the slides, and all of them are extremely adaptable. I can change my slides by just moving the buttons on my keyboard. I can change my clothes in a blink. I can change my language to another language. But really to change my instinct, when I'm afraid and not afraid, it's almost impossible. What is happening actually? There's the head, there's the heart, there's the gut. And why is it now so extremely hard To have success, because all the psychologists and counselors and coaches up to now work actually in the communication part. They communicate with the head, and via the head, they try to go deep in that iceberg to change you. That's almost impossible. So What I learned the last 10 years and actually researched and developed is how can you work with the heart and gut brain? How can you connect with them? How can you see the signals that they are in charge or they are communicating or they have an issue or they do disagree? And if you know that, you can change yourself or clients extremely easily. If you know what their gut is saying and how it is saying and how it disagrees or agrees with the heart or the head, You know how to change it. Now, in my perception, old science iceberg, new science, the 3 brains. So I wonder, do you have clients who have an issue with, say, procrastination or being stuck or ego or trust issues? And you can here see 2 different egos. Most times gut brain, trust is more in heart brain. Demotivation or depression, that's a demobilization action of the gut brain. Stress anxiety is that fear of the gut brain. Effective decision-making, 9 out of 10, that is an incongruence or disalignment of your 3 brains. Your head says yes, your heart says no, and your gut says I don't know. Or the other way around, your gut says yes, follow your gut feeling, your heart says oh no, that will hurt other people. Your head says, yeah, that's hard. Do I choose for myself? Do I choose for somebody else? Hmm, I don't know. I'm not going to make a decision. Communication of connection with other people, how your heart brain is really there, but also how your gut brain allows yourself to be safe with other people. If you don't feel safe in an environment, it's extremely hard to connect to somebody. And all the communication is done in fight or flight. Or that you want to change yourself but you don't change yourself, doesn't work. Or your team where you're working for, or your clients, they want but they don't achieve. If you now think about it, what are they actually? Head, heart, or gut brain issues? I gave some answers already, but if you think about it Could you make somebody less stressed or anxious by just saying, oh, it's nothing, you don't have to be afraid? Say to somebody with a phobia for, say, spiders, oh, it's just a little spider there, you don't have to be afraid. Does that solve it? No. Somebody has a fear of heights and has to climb up a tree or somewhere else, has to go on a ladder. You say, oh no, it's only 2 meters high, you don't have to be afraid. Will it work? No, the head brain is not in charge in that part. If you say trust somebody, do you trust somebody if somebody says trust me? Most people will not. So the issues most times are not only head issues, most times are heart or gut brain issues. So actually, is there a market for this kind of things? Say you like to learn this, can you also make money for it besides for your personal self-development? Now I could say there's a massive market. In Australia, it's estimated 45% of the people will experience a mental health condition in their lifetime. 1 out of 2. So half of the population will have an issue somewhere in their life. Every year, 3 million adults will have depression or anxiety. And not the heavy ones always, but also the light ones that you can work easily with. And if you add also addiction to it, you have 25%, 1 out of 4. In companies, it's estimated 1 out of 4 working Australians will experience signals of stress or burnout. And what you see aware, and what you come aware in companies, that coaching and short interventions are key because coaching has almost a 40% higher success rate and in action than people who start working by themselves. So if an employee says, okay, I'll do a course by myself, or I will do some self-study, and you compare it with coaching, Coaching has 35 to 40% more results. So companies see that and are willing to invest in that because they're aware it has much more results, much more return on investment. What are the essentials in success? Say you want to be successful. Actually, What you have to learn is the language and the science of the 3 brains. How do you know that one is talking? How do you know that one is active? How do you know which brain is dominant? How can you find a solution if you don't know which one is actually dominant? Understanding how your client is blocking themselves in finding a solution. A lot of people like to change, are willing to change, know they have to change, but still block themselves. Because somewhere in that subconscious, as we said in the old times, there's something saying no, there's a secondary gain, or I learned somewhere in the past it's not safe to do so. And also to identify the 5 misalignments people could have between their brains. I will later on touch on what those 5 are. Those misalignments really lead to the demotivation, depression, procrastination, stress, anxiety, ineffective decision-making, and bad performances. And everybody has somewhere misalignment— me, you, everybody. What are those misalignments? Weer één is dominerend. De andere zegt: Nee, nee, vertrouw je gevoel. Dat betekent dat één domineert, de andere zijn nog steeds er, maar minder gehoord. Dus we maken eigenlijk een beslissing op één brein. Nu, iedereen die een keer een breuk in zijn leven wilde, know somewhere that probably he or she made the wrong decision because one of the 3 brains were a little bit more dominating. The person was just looking too good, too hot, or you had beautiful discussions with her or him, or yeah, you know, your heart really felt in love and you did not listen to the other ones anymore. The other one is that one or 2 brains are really silent or turned off. That means based on whatever happened in our life, they don't communicate anymore. Ever heard that somebody is cold-hearted? There you have it, the heart is turned off. Maybe they have conflict. You're making a decision, you think, yeah, It sounds logical to do that, but I don't know. Most people who do shopping will experience it. I experienced it 2 weeks ago. I was doing shopping based on all the sales that were there and all the discounts. I was looking at a shirt and thought, okay, 5% discount, let's buy it. Now we can discuss if 5% is logically enough to buy something what actually I don't need. In my head said five percent, that's not worth it. I love the shirt, so I said, oh yeah, do it. So I was not listening anymore than five percent. Come on, must make sense. If one or two brains are misaligned or stuck in a single operation with trauma, you see it a lot when people really have a trauma like PTSD. That was now happening in Australia with all the bushfires. We see all those horrible things, and people really can. Feel stuck by doing something. When you once really had a horrendous breakup, you will not allow anymore to make that mistake. And we start disbelieving people, or the brains take over the role. You feel love with your head, or you start being logical with your heart or with your gut. Or your gut thinks, you know, I love the person with my gut. Now, based on the survival, lust, and other kind of things Sex is not love, for everybody knows that, and love is not sex. And they can be together, but they are different. Now say you would follow this training. What will you master after these 4 days? You'll be able to instantly apply everything you learn to coaching, leadership, managerial things, therapeutic or personal situations that are relevant to you. Right away it will be hands-on learning, and after those 4 days, I can promise you your life has dramatically changed for the better. You know in which areas to work with your clients to assist them to achieve their goals. You have an insight how we actually make decisions or store our memories and emotions in our 3 brains, how we make decisions on that, what's the hierarchy in decisions, and how do they work together. You know the science behind the brains. I just touched down 500 million years, 500 million brain cells. We go a little bit deeper in that so you really know how it works. The ability to create better self-management techniques and reduce stress for yourself and for your client. And we all have those moments of stress, and mindfulness is now hot. Go on your phone and you find 20 apps for it. But mindfulness, do with all respect how it's being taught, is not the best technique. There are much better techniques based on our 3 brains. Release emotions or physical issues with their head, heart, gut connected, and learn how to calibrate and align your 3 brains. How to calibrate— hey, are they there? What's happening actually? Which one is more dominant now? Which is a little bit stressed? And align them again. And the ability to identify and create a deeper understanding of how your client, and also of course you, put your emotional thinking in a way of reaching their objectives. Actually, how your brains and the emotions opt you for reaching your potential. What more? You will master the language and science of the 3 brains. You know how to talk in the brain language. You know how to identify how your client is talking to them so you can connect and you can understand it. Identifying which brain or brains are dominant, pinpoint the solution. Of course, by doing so, you also become aware what's— what yours is in those 4 days. Understanding of how your clients are blocking themselves and what is blocking them— their head, the logic, their heart, all 3 of them. What has happened in their life? What kind of beliefs do they have? What kind of proof do they have? What kind of internal referencing or thinking they are right do they have that stops them? And of course, identify the 5 misalignments. And as I said, those misalignments really lead to the issues like demotivation, depression, procrastination, stress, anxiety, ineffective decision-making, or bad performance. If you have one of those, or maybe more, really follow this training. Come here, and I can almost promise you, you get rid of those. Your life will turn out for the best. Identify and solve the root cause of your client's stuck case. What really happened that he or she is doing what she's doing, believing what she's believing, that one of the brains is taking action without that we actually like it. And then actually on individual brain level where the client is blocked, so really can take out really the issue where it should be taken out. Awareness is a solution to most common roadblocks. Based on their unique purpose and objectives. What is normal? Where do they get stuck? You get a whole overview, a whole list what's happening. So almost you can tick-tock and tick the boxes and say, okay, when you do this, okay, it's this. Life becomes really easy. And of course, we spend massive amount of time of exercising and mastering knowledge so that after 4 days, besides your certification, You can right away apply it to everybody you know— your partner, your friends, your family, and your clients, your colleagues, yourself. You can really use it. You feel confident in that because that's also my purpose. Not only that you know it in your head, but also you can then— it almost becomes part of your muscle memory, so you know how to do it, that you know how to ask the questions, that you know how to pinpoint it. That if you watch television or listen in and, or listen to the radio or are talking to somebody, actually right away become aware, hey, gut brain, heart brain, head brain. Oh hey, wow, having discussion on this level. Hey, heart brain is talking to gut brain. Oh wow, that's why they're messing up. Oh wow, now he comes in a fight or division. Oh, I see the signs of already demotivation stepping in. Oh wow, the logical brain is now having issues. You really have this as a second identity on top of you. That's really my objective. What will you learn in the Flow? The 3 brain fundamentals. So we go a little bit deeper in those kind of things. We diagnose it. We work also on your attitude as coach or therapist. If you work with people, what should we do to make that connection with the other that we really can help him or her? And it is creating safety, creating trust, knowing that language of the other one. And of course, golden apple, identifying the issue and roadblocks. How to identify those reasons, what does it mean, and how to hard game an issue. And identify the 5 mind illusions and misalignments. And most important, I would almost say, tools and techniques for the solution and integration. Everything before I just said is becoming aware of it and understand it and identify it and analyze it. At the end, we also like to solve it for ourselves, for our clients, colleagues, friends, family members. And that's where we work on how do you do that? How can you help somebody else to achieve his or her potential, to make him or her excel, create back that happiness, that smile, that passion for life. And that's what we're going to work on, to enlighten the flow of conversation between the 3 brains, that their decisions become really aligned, and that the wrong decisions we make become less and less and less. And a lot of practice, entire methodology, as I said, so you master it. That's my objective, you master it. As said, good to know is accreditation for 24 to 28 CCE points in ICF from the 1st of February. Why it's between 24 and 28, there's still a little bit in discussion, um, how many really are core competence points, how many are resource development points, and based on that they're still discussing how it is. Hypnotherapist associations also give 10 learning points for it. Okay, so it's accredited and proved as an amazing training by major institutes or associations. And besides this coach tracing, if you like to develop you even more, you can become a master in it. And that means you're really diving much, much deeper in the 3 brains, but even much, much, much also more deeper In techniques to solve it, there are much more techniques to work on it, and we work even much more on those kind of things. Much more tools and techniques to solve all those kind of issues. There's a train the trainer training, train the trainer training. Wow, TTT. That means after that you will be able to deliver this training to other people, and that's what I also love to do. I become a trainer. at the end, and we can share this beautiful knowledge throughout the whole world. Because in my opinion, everybody should know this and should master this. If you're now on schools, kids should know this, or you're 99 years old, let's make this life better. If kids would know this, if I had known it when I was 20, I would have had less, say, hard learnings in my life. Because I would have made more integrated decisions. I learned the hard way to integrate decisions like we all do. Now, wouldn't it be amazing if we could speed it up and don't need 30 years of experience to learn of that, or 20 years of experience to really start learning that, but we could do it in 1 year? And it's possible. And of course, there are supervision webinars done by me, so we can chat and say things. And also, there will be a Facebook page— there is a Facebook page where we all can be part of And in that group, we can also do the supervision and chats and connect with each other. I hope you enjoyed this webinar. I see questions coming in, and it's already, when is it? How can I subscribe? A little bit— wait, wait, wait, wait, wait a moment. What do you need more today? The dates in Australia, the 13th to the 16th of February, 4 days. You can click on Eventbrite. Master. In the Gold Coast, it will be in the 16th to the 19th of March. Also an Eventbrite link. And I have something special for you. Normally it's $1,345 including the location and everything is there, materials, everything is in there. If you use the code WEB2020, you have a $150 discount. That's just because you went to this webinar and you're interested, and I really love to give you a little present because you took the time to listen to me, to connect with me and be here, and I really appreciate that. If the web 2020 doesn't work, there's also a link— this link, I see a spelling mistake— and you can click on that and right away go to the tickets where you can— where the web code is already in, because sometimes Eventbrite or the browser you have doesn't really connect with the code. I came over here, Safari, Chrome, Firefox, sometimes somewhere they get hiccups based on the cookies or the preferences you put up. So with this, you can always order it. I see some other questions coming in. I'm reading it now. So say I have an issue Really of having mistrust in people because I had some bad relationships. Will this solve it? Now the short answer is yes, because if you had, say, relationship issues, you have a broken heart once and really was stepped upon and salt put in and then knife in and even scratched, that means your heart is extremely hurt. And on that moment, actually, your gut brain takes over and says, okay, Heart brain, I'm going to protect you because this broken heart, people can die from a broken heart, I'm going to protect you. The gut brain steps in and says, trust is off there, we will not trust anybody anymore. I don't allow the heart to open again. 'Cause actually the gut brain allows the other brains to open and to function. So your gut brain says, I turn off the heart brain. Feeling love. If you do this and become aware of it, we are able to release that emotion from the gut brain so your heart brain can open again and start trusting and falling in love again. It also means we have to, or you have to add, or we have to add some learnings from that. From what should we say no to? What are really toxic relationships? No. And what are good relationships? Because most times we shut off because we experience a toxic relationship. And if we could make a decision and come aware what is a toxic relationship before we enter it, we don't have the issue anymore. So good question, we solve that. Other question, will I be able to coach my colleagues on this as I'm a manager in a company? Yes, absolutely. Of course, in your own company you have to decide if you're employees like to be coached by you, really, in this case. But you can use this in every discussion or coaching session you have with your colleagues. If they say, I don't like to do it, or I don't trust it, or it's hard, or whatever they say, or have an objective of something, or they cannot make it happen, there is somewhere a connection why they cannot. You will be able to identify that with your employees. and help them to overcome that. So your managerial skills will boost out of the roof. Okay, you're up for being the Manager of the Year 2020, really. And of course, um, oh, I see a question. I'm a coach, uh, is this training also allow me to become an ICF coach? No, this training does not allow you to become an ICF coach because it's not an coaching training that allows you to become a coach. This training is a training that when you are an ICF coach, every 3 years you have to renew your membership. You have to do mandatory so many development. If you do this, almost all your development points are already done in that most— in that moment. So that's the difference. If you're not an official ICF coach but you like to start coaching people, You can really use this methodology and help people massively. Based on my experience, I did the last 30 years many, many, many, many, many coaching trainings. I can tell you this is the most profound coaching training there is. If I work with people now, I always connect with the 3 brains, and success happens almost overnight. Yeah, we're in the old days, we needed 10, 20 sessions to get somewhere. 1 to 3 sessions, bam, people changed. As a therapist, 3 months ago I got an email from a client who after 3 sessions stopped using meth, and that's even a worse drug than heroin, because really all the pain she had inside her cleared out, so she didn't need that drug anymore to soothe the pain she had. We still needed some other sessions, and we did it already for the last months to really solve all the kind of issues. Because stopping it is one, keeping stopped and keeping clean is something else. But she was already stopped for a couple of weeks. It's amazing. I still remember I was coaching a high executive one year ago, and he always said, one of my board members, I don't like him, I cannot work with him. And using the head, heart, gut brain, I came aware actually that his gut brain stopped somewhere on when he was 9 years old. Because when he was 9 years old at school, he had some bad experience with a kid who liked at his current— at his— as his board member. And somewhere his gut brain said, this guy looks like that kid of 9 years old, don't trust, he's a big peep. When we identify that, could it get out of a Scott system? They work the best now. They're almost best friends in the board and they do projects together. It's amazing how that changed, and it was really in one session. So as a coach, you will have massive success. Good to know, coaching is a— not good to know— coaching is non-government regulated, so everybody can put a coach label on him. Everybody can become life coach, executive coach, and can be a coach. The difference is being an ICF accredited coach, that you have a little bit more accreditation feeling behind it. That's the massive difference in it. It makes sense to be an ICF coach, but you don't need it to be an amazing coach. The best coaches in the world, or the best paid coaches in the world, Marshall Goldman and Anthony Robbins, they're paid millions as a coach. Both are not members of ICF. The only thing is to become an Anthony Robbins, to become a Marshall Goldman, you need a unique quality to become as good as they are. Now, of course, I cannot promise you, but what you learn here will boost you up to the top 5% of coaches. If you use this, you will become top 5 coach or therapist. Other kind of questions? No, no, no. Somebody just says, I love to sign up, so I'm going to disconnect to sign up. Okay, that's a good reason to disconnect. Are there other questions? Nope. No, I see coming in, great session, thank you so much, loved it. Wow, totally motivated, love to learn more about my brains. Wow, now I know I'm a gut person. Oh, okay. Oh, now I know I love the logic, I love your explanation, and I love the things you did. Does it mean I'm a head person? Yes, at least on this moment you used your head more than somebody else. Loved it. If somebody says loved it, most times they have a huge heart possession. Okay, if there are no more questions anymore, I would say thank you so much. Love to see you in, in, in Perth or in the Gold Coast. Use this code to have your discount, or use the link to have this discount. All the best. See you. Ciao. Make this life wonderful. Stop recording.
