Explanation of the The 7-Day Mind Mapper

In this video Christoffel Sneijders walks viewers through his downloadable 7‑Day Mind Mapper, a self‑help tool built on 28 years of therapeutic experience with over 10,000 clients. He explains that lasting change starts with awareness and then introduces a step‑by‑step process: (1) the Wheel of Life – eight life‑area true/false statements that give a visual snapshot of satisfaction; (2) an Emotional Schedule – daily tracking of positive and negative emotional states, including context and triggers; (3) weekly reflection to identify recurring situations, behaviors, and limiting beliefs; (4) goal‑setting and the 9‑step change model (awareness, understanding, letting‑go, installing new beliefs/behaviors, living the true self). Throughout he emphasizes honest self‑assessment, the importance of recognizing patterns, and using the insights to install healthier habits and boundaries. The video ends with an invitation to contact him for further support.

Thank you for downloading the 7-day mind mapper, the positive and negative emotions to change your life. This will really help you to change your life and live the life you desire. This is the first step in doing so. Before we can do something, anything else in changing our life, we have to create an awareness. Where are we? And this is the best way to create that awareness. Where are we? I'll go through the whole PDF with you, give you a beautiful insight. But before that, I have to give you some confidence that it really works. The last 28 years I spent my life in helping people and changing people and working with them in therapy to get them from here to there. I did things like depression, anxiety, weight loss, and all connected with negative beliefs, negative habits. Things that happened in the past and they were still running their life, not living their own true life, living a life actually orchestrated by somebody else— your parents, your boyfriend, society, whomever— filling in the needs for others and forgetting your own needs, and then sourcing it with other kind of instant gratification. Now, I worked with that extremely successful the last 28 years in changing it and learning every day from the last 28 years how to do that better. That's what you're going to experience. Now, how is it going to work, that sheet? I will share my screen now so you can see it and I can walk through it with you. So now we are sharing screens. So this is what you find out when you download it. Do you really want a happy, fulfilling, and healthy life? That's the first question. Of course, yes. This is also the first step to get there. A free check based on 28 years of experience. It's 3 things, 3 steps to do in this one. First one is the Wheel of Life, and I'll show you how it works. The Wheel of Life is the first one. Emotional schedule, that's what you print out on Put on your, say, on your fridge and the reflection at the end of the week to see, hey, where is it that I'm stuck? How is it possible to have an unsatisfied life? To go through it, the Wheel of Life is 8 parts that all our lives are made up from. So you answer the question, say, on career and business, the first one. It's true or false. So say, I enjoy my work. Is it true or is it false? And I know it's black or white. We made that, and I made it, it was a conscious decision, because if we start getting into the numbers from 8 to 10, it becomes rather unclear and you don't get a real clear picture. We want to have a clear picture. We don't like to, say, cheat ourselves with giving the socially accepted answers. Is it true or is it not true? At the end of all the 10 questions, you add how many truths, how many false is in this section of career and business. You do the same for finance, intimate relationships, personal development, creative pursuits and hobbies, family, social life, and last but not least, health and lifestyle. On 8 different sections, you have now a snapshot how How satisfied am I and how unsatisfied am I? You can add up all the true statements you made and find where you're the best and less in. At the end, you can graph them here and say, hey, how many trues do I have? Do I have 10 trues? 100%. Do I have 1 true? No, somewhere 1% or 10%. So you can map out how is your wheel of life doing. Of course, the optimum style is perfectly round, and probably everybody has somewhere some dents in it. It gives a beautiful insight, hey, where am I feeling less satisfied in? Not based on just the feeling, this is how it is, but also based on questions that are really coming up from a lot of experience and a lot of references outside in this world. Second section, you print it out, and this is the emotional states during the week. There are 2 of them: the positive emotional states, and you have positive emotional states like happy, certain, confidence, motivated, loved, and not by your part, by your friend, by family, but more by the second round. Curious, valued, falling down laughing, and self-love. All these emotional states you can map out at the end of the day from, hey, on Sunday, which one did I really experience and why and when? When is of course day, but also during the day at 10 o'clock in the morning. Why? I was having a coffee with one of my best friends. And you do it through the whole week. The other one is the negative states, emotional states. The same: unhappy, uncertain, not confident, demotivated, sad or depressed, unloved or alone, stressed, anxious, angry, out of self-control. What kind of emotional states did you experience during the day? And also again, why did it happen? With whom did it happen? So you can really have an insight what is really happening there. At the end of that week, you can have a conclusion and actions. You can make up your mind what kind of situations and behaviors do I like to uninstall, based on the Negative emotional states, you can aware, hey, this is what happened in this situation. It happened. I don't like it anymore. We have somewhere inside during the week where are all the connections? What happens more? What is your top? And it can be from feeling sad about, I don't know, drinking or eating too much, whatever. The same with situations and behaviors you like to install or want like to have more of. What of the positive ones do you like to have more? Or maybe which do you miss? Being confident in the situation where you talk to your boss, your husband, your partner, your parents. Saying no to myself when it is something that's imposed on me. I say no to myself, I don't drink or eat more. But also saying no to others to set your own boundaries, as an example. After that, and that's really a beautiful thought process, is what kind of beliefs do I like to change or install? So what is feeding all those behaviors and those habits? You don't have to find all the answers, but this is already a step where you can dive a little bit deeper. What is really happening? Why is it happening? And when once you had a past experience, most people install a belief of that one: I'm not good enough. You cannot trust men. I should choose myself. Well, from that moment on, our life diverts and we install all habits based on that. I said you don't have to have to do it now. Right away, that gives you more insight. And then the last question is, what would you have to change for that you are more in control of those situations and those outcomes we discussed? Like, come over here. Hey, what kind of Parameters are around me that are really important. Now at the end, we're going to say setting goals. What do I really want to achieve? And just become aware, this is the first step of a beautiful process based on 28 years of evidence-based research. That is in the 9 steps of real change. That is awareness in what you do, awareness in why you do it, And awareness of how does it make you feel. If you have those 3 awarenesses, you really have an insight what's happening. The next step in that is understanding why you do it, why it's not needed anymore to do it, and why it's safe and good to change now. If you understand that, those 3 steps, you can easily go to the next step of solution of letting go of old emotions of the past and all those beliefs and habits. So you're free to the state at the eighth step: install the new beliefs, the new habits, the new behaviors. Living actually your life based on your own true self, your own self-esteem, your own personal power, your own life like you want to have it. And the last step, of course, is really living it. Now those other steps we do in living your potential, enlightened. Your power workshop where we do the other steps. That's up to now. If you have any questions, just email me or text me. Love to help you out in these 3 steps. And in the 3 steps that really are the most important things when you can really have successful change based on, as I said, 28 years of evidence-based research with more than 10,000 people. In this world, love to hear from you. Have a beautiful day. Speak to you later. Ciao.
