How To Achieve A Happy & Healthy Life: Simple Steps To Success | Healthy Lifestyle Tips

In this promotional video, the presenter uses a vivid backpack‑and‑fence analogy to illustrate how personal change works: removing heavy burdens (the 20 kg backpack), lowering the obstacle (shortening the fence), and training to make the jump. The speaker argues that many coaches and therapists rely on a single tool, which often fails, and advocates an integrated, multi‑tool approach that aligns with each individual's learning style (visual, kinesthetic, reflective). The video then introduces the Wim Hof method—breathing, meditation, focus, and cold exposure—citing a Radboud University study that showed participants could modulate their immune response and avoid illness, demonstrating the body's untapped capacity to overcome depression, anxiety, and physical ailments. The presenter invites viewers to join the "Remaster" workshop, where these techniques (including Wim Hof practices) will be taught alongside other complementary tools, promising a faster, more effective path to a happy and healthy life.

Hey, good to see you back. Lovely to see you here, and let's just do a little mind teaser. Just imagine you have a backpack on your shoulders of 20 kilos, 20 kilos in your backpack. You're going to jump, or you have to jump, a fence of 1.40 high, and you only get at 1 meter on this moment with the 20 kilos on your backpack and 1.40 high. Will you ever achieve to get there if you only can jump 1 meter high? No, it makes sense. Even if you try 1,000 times. So a lot of people will advise you to train harder, and it means really focus on what you like. If it's an outcome, focus that you can jump 140 high. Really make concrete in your mind you can jump 140 high, 140 high, 140 high. Make a concrete future picture of it, and you don't have to get rid of your old baggage, your old stuff. A lot of people are saying that now who are the gurus in this world. You don't have to get rid of your old stuff, just focus on what you want. But just imagine now that you get rid of those 20 kilos on your backpack. Would it be easier for you then to jump that 1.40 meters? Maybe you say, no, maybe not 1.40 meters, but probably I can get higher than 1 meter, probably 1.20 meters or maybe 1.30 meters. So just imagine if you could do so and get rid of 20 kilos, you could jump higher. And then you start using some smart things, some smart tools, and you become aware that the top part of that fence is rather loose. And with some actions, you can get rid of the top bar of that fence, so it only gets 120 high. So the fence only 120 high. You get rid of your 20 kilos. Now would it be possible for you to jump there? The chance is much higher, don't you think? Why this analogy? Why this example? Is how we change and what you should do and shouldn't do if you like to get somewhere. And although I don't like the words should, it's more if you like to get somewhere, what is wise to do so? And I come aware that a lot of people I saw the last year and visited and came aware in conference of coaches, psychologists, therapists, Reiki, energy fields, other kind of things, even hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, and most of them have one tool and they say just do this to get there, get rid of the Of the of the twenty kilos, focus on where you have to get there and line your energy so it's easier to jump. But they work on one tool and then still a lot of people don't get there. And that's I have to say I'm impatient. I don't like that. I like that people and myself get somewhere fast. I like to have success if I do something. Otherwise I get annoyed, bored or whatever. So when I work with people or do things, I always say, hey, what is now the solution? How do we get there? So I think I look at the whole spectrum. Hey, get rid of your backpack. Let's see if we can lower the bar. Do some of the right steps, the right tools, the right distance to start running. Do the right jump and you get there. It sounds so logical. It sounds so easy. But in therapy or in self-development or in other kinds of things, You will not find it so often that we use an integrated approach, ticking all the boxes based on your learning style. Because some people like to learn to see things, some people like to learn to do things, some people like to rethink before they act. We all have different learning styles. Some people right away want to have a solution, some people just like to have more happiness. And just do it slowly. And for me, the most important thing is to attach your learning style to an outcome. And just imagine that you really would like to learn, to experience, to get from A to B, to come over that fence that is still blocking you from having that beautiful future there. And there's almost like a fence in your way. I will invite you, just join us. Join us in the remaster training and you come aware, or workshop. If we provide you the knowledge how to jump, we provide you the proof how to get somewhere, but also help you get rid of your backpack, lower the bar so you can really get there. Because also know people sometimes need to believe that it is possible to get somewhere. And at the end of this video, I let you— I add, say, a 2-minute video of Wim Hof, the Iceman. I spoke about him and why it's good to watch, because he is examined by a university in Holland and they come aware that Wim Hof is possible to change his autoimmune system and will not get sick, and the people he trains don't get sick based on how he works. And that's a physical act. Now, in that remaster workshop, we're also going to use one of his techniques. Just like making something beautiful in the kitchen, I love to have a lot of ingredients to make a beautiful thing on the table. If you only use flour, you can never make a bread. For flour, you need some other stuff. For making a bread, you need other things too. And it makes sense. So just think, hey, what happens if you have flour, water, and all the ingredients to really make a beautiful loaf? It will be awesome. That's what we're going to do. Have fun with the Wim Hof video after this. Love to see you next time. Have a beautiful day.
Ciao. So this study is done by the Radboud University in Holland because Wim Hof is Dutch, and they came aware in those studies Dat Wim Hof kon veranderen zijn auto-immuunsysteem. Je hoort het goed: auto-immuunsysteem. Iets wat je niet kunt veranderen. Hier loopt hij op een van de bergen. Hij ging naar Mount Everest en kwam daar alleen in zijn shorts. Hij kan hij kan stand severe cold based on three elements of his training: his focus, his meditation, his breathing, as you can see him doing here. And the third one, of course, is training. So what we spoke about earlier: get rid of your backpack, lower the fence, and train yourself to do so.
This is what he did.
And because he was only one, they did not believe, and they said he was a miracle. So they asked him to train a group in Poland based on these three principles. Normal people, just like you and me. And they came aware after this: these people. Also had the same reaction as Wim Hof. They did not get ill. Now why is this so important? Not because in the remaster training we're going to do this, but to make you aware that we as humans have remarkable capacities in getting rid of depressions, anxieties, physical issues in our body that up to now science said it cannot be done. And he trained normal people like you and me to have this response. Isn't that amazing? Just imagine you can.
This is what we are also going to learn, partly, in the Remaster Workshop.
How you can change yourself to become the one you want to be.
