In this solo coaching video, Christoffel Sneijders challenges the common belief that a breakup can be resolved by trying to erase the ex—deleting photos, social media, or simply refusing to think about the person. He argues that such resistance is ineffective because the emotional and even physiological bonds formed during a long‑term relationship persist. Using a quantum‑physics metaphor of entanglement, he explains that once two systems are connected, they remain linked even after separation. He further grounds the idea in biology, noting that we constantly inhale and exhale billions of liters of air, and that our bodies renew millions of cells daily using oxygen, which he claims carries traces of the former partner. The core recommendation is to stop fighting the memory and instead accept and welcome the past, treating the ex‑partner as a part of oneself. He guides viewers through a brief mindfulness exercise: close the eyes, take deep breaths, and consciously welcome the happy and painful moments of the relationship, observing the emotions that arise. The video concludes with an invitation to explore his other content and to join his hypnotherapy, NLP, and personal leadership workshops for deeper work.

Hi. Hi. Can we get over a relationship, an ex-relationship, by fighting it, by forgetting it as we like to do, deleting Facebook, deleting the photos, throwaway emails, and all the other things to really get some person out out of us. Does it really work? The answer is no. When you really had a committed, lovely, long-term relationship, just by closing your eyes, not seeing it anymore, it will not really solve, or it takes ages and ages. There's a smarter way, faster way, and that is saying yes to it, accepting it. But first, why is it impossible to really get it out of us? Because one, you saw already holding my finger, it's part of us. Based on quantum physics, when once energy, photons, electrons, molecules are connected and you split them, they stay together. Law of entanglement. So when you had that commitment, it's there. Secondly, based on that commitment and connection, we inhale, exhale 100,000 liters of oxygen all Or air to say every day. So every night you slept with your ex-partner, you inhaled, exhaled 60, 70 liters of air. And we rejuvenate 20 million body cells every day. And for replacing those, we need building blocks besides our food and our drinks. Oxygen, the most important thing we cannot live without for 5 minutes. That air. We inhale and exhale is the building block for the new cells. So we're partly built from our ex-partner. So in our body, she or he is still in us. That's why it takes time to really get that person, say, out of us again. Besides the emotional connections you have when you think about the person and the good things and the bad things that once happened. So how do you really get over it? As I said, welcoming it. It is like welcoming that part inside of yourself, yourself. Okay, I accept my arm. I accept my skin. I accept my heart. I accept that past of me, and I really welcome it. I just like to imagine for one moment. You can close your eyes like I'm doing and say to yourself, "I've taken deep breaths." No, I welcome that period of my life. I welcome the happy times, the bad times. I welcome that he or she was just part of me. And just become aware what happens in your head, in your heart, and in your gut. What kind of emotion it creates. Probably totally different than when you say, I'm going to fight it. I'm going to kick you out. I hate you. You're a horrible person. A totally different kind of emotion creates in there. Have fun with experimenting.
