In this solo talk, Christoffel Sneijders reflects on his recent Remaster Workshop (Personal Leadership) and introduces concepts from his Emerging Trans workshops. He explains how every experience creates a belief—initially useful, but potentially turning into a limiting belief that restricts personal growth. He illustrates this with everyday examples (burning a hand, repeated break‑ups, parental praise) and shows how such beliefs can evolve into self‑imposed rules (e.g., needing perfection to be loved). Sneijders then shifts to trauma, describing the classic fight‑or‑flight response and adding freeze and fawn reactions. He argues that traumatic events can leave unresolved energy trapped in the body, manifesting later as physical ailments ranging from neck pain to chronic fatigue or serious disease. The Remaster Workshop focuses on identifying and releasing these stuck energies, while the Emerging Trans workshops delve deeper into how mind‑body patterns operate. He invites viewers to join the workshops or contact him for more information, emphasizing that while results aren’t guaranteed, the process can enable significant personal healing and a step toward greater happiness and health.

Hey, just finished the Remaster Workshop, the Personal Leadership, and I want to share something of the beautiful success and why we can make a change, heal ourselves from limiting beliefs or even from, say, diseases if you do the right thing. It doesn't mean it's a guarantee, but you can really go a huge step. And why is that? I'm just imagining you have an experience. When you are really young or even older. From the experience, you create somewhere a belief. I believe this is right, this is wrong. I should like do it like this, should do it like this. Let's say you burn your hand on the stove. You learn at least don't put your hand on the stove. It's something what we call a belief. That's totally okay. Unless that belief transforms itself in a limiting belief. And that could be the case, say you had 2 breakups, 3 breakups, and you start thinking, men cannot be trusted anymore. Life is not good for me. You cannot trust people. Or when we are really young, it could be from an experience when you're young. You start believing, hey, my parents are great. Let's say for Christmas, the Christmas carols and those kind of things. My parents are great. And in one moment you become aware, hey, Christmas is actually just a story. My parents are doing all those kind of things. Maybe my parents, even though they love me, don't always say the truth. Or you can have a belief, experience that your parents say, you're amazing, I love you, when you have so high scores in school. The belief is, I should do good. And the limiting belief can be later in life, I should always be perfect. I can only be loved if I can have high marks. And all kinds of other things. Imagine how it can limit you. And that's in our mind, limiting belief. The other thing that can happen when you have an experience that's more trauma, that also can create a belief, and most times a limiting belief, but it also can connect or stay in our body when it is not finished. So what I mean with that, when it stays in the body and it's not finished, maybe you heard of the fight-flight response. Now that makes sense. Things happen to us, we like to fight or to flight. But also we have a freeze response and a fawn response. And after that, we make the circle round. So when you have a traumatic experience, if it's bullying, being beaten up, sexual abuse, or whatever, all those horrendous things, you could get stuck in that. So you get captured, Beaten up, captured, all kinds of horrible things happen to you, and you cannot actually fly or fight, or you lose, so you stay in a freeze state. We call it sometimes a block state. That means that energy that stays somewhere in your body because it cannot be released, and later in life That can create illness, whatever the illness is, from a sore neck to really horrendous things from chronic fatigue, ulcers, or the C-word. What do we do in the Remaster Workshop? Actually working on getting those out. And if possible, also this. But that's more the emerging trance workshop. So if you like to learn more of it, become happy, healthy, go or to the remaster. Or to the Emerging Trans workshops to learn much more how our mind or our body works. Love to see you in those. Have a beautiful day. And if you have questions about this or like to know more, email me, text me. Love to come back on that. Have a beautiful day. Ciao.
