In this short motivational video, Christoffel Sneijders addresses viewers about the role of self‑judgment in creating limiting beliefs that keep people from happiness and success. He explains that when we constantly judge experiences, statements, or ourselves as "wrong" or "impossible," those judgments solidify into limiting beliefs that trap us. Sneijders invites the audience to become aware of this pattern, to consider that there is always a reason behind how things are, and to consciously choose a different perspective. By shifting from judgment to curiosity about the underlying reasons, viewers can break free from self‑imposed constraints and move forward.

Hey, good to see you again in this video. And as I promised you last time, we spoke about and I said what is keeping us here and how do we get there. What is limiting us in being happy, in being more successful, in being more happy. And to start with it, I'd like to give you an awareness in that. I would love to give you a compliment. About what could I give you a compliment? And now you think, maybe because I watched this video, maybe because I take time for you, or maybe you say, hey, because I'm open for learning new things. And when I say, when you're open for learning new things, you can maybe even say, yeah, but I like to know if it's really true or not true. A lot of people, when you say that, will react, I don't know, and they will start judging it. What is keeping us here is making a judgment about what we perceive. What somebody says, what we see in the world, what happens around us, and we judge it in the way of, that is wrong, that is not good, it shouldn't be like that, I can never change, it doesn't work like that. And the moment you say that, you think that, it will stop you. from moving. And the more times you say it about that kind of event, it will become a real belief, and we call it a limiting belief. And in that moment, in that area, you are totally stuck and you will not move forward anymore. What is the awareness moment I would like to give you in this short video? Every time you judge and say to yourself, that is not true, that doesn't work like that, I cannot do that. People are wrong or whatever. Just think, hey, the fact that other people do it or it happens like that has a reason. What could be the reason and what does it mean for me? Looking at those two options, what am I willing to choose? Think about it, about this awareness. Have a beautiful day.
