In this solo talk, Christoffel Sneijders reflects on his experience at a Joe Dispenza advanced workshop and connects Dispenza’s "You’re the Placebo" concept to his own clinical hypnotherapy and NLP practice. He promotes the mantra “live your future as it’s happening right now,” arguing that true change comes from becoming the desired state rather than merely acting as if. Sneijders identifies three internal resistance blocks that prevent lasting transformation: the head (conscious rational mind), the heart (emotional/fearful love), and the gut (instinctual survival system). He explains how each block can sabotage attempts to adopt new beliefs and behaviors, using examples like weight loss, depression, anxiety, and health recovery. The talk serves as a teaser for a deeper future discussion on how these three “brains” interact and how to overcome them to actualize one’s future self.

Hey, it's beautiful weather, so I thought let's sit outside. Means don't have glasses, otherwise you only see my tinted glasses. But let's talk about Joe Dispenza and about the ideas behind it. Why is that? Last week I've visited Joe Dispenza Advanced Workshop, already posted. Let's talk about him, and because people have amazing recoveries about At least he claims when they go to his workshops. And you can read it now a lot in papers: be in your future. And in my trainings of clinical hypnotherapy, NLP, I have a tagline: live your future as it's happening right now. So live your future like it's happening right now. So that means whatever you like to achieve somewhere there, Start living it right now. When you do weight loss, it's amazing because if you live like if you like to be, you get there. If you're depressed and start living like you're happy or want to be happy, you're doing it. If you're anxious and you start living that you're not, you become it. And that's also somewhere the same with sickness. If you have something Instead of living now, if you're healthy, finally you will become it. And that's the main premises behind You're the Placebo from Joe Dispenza and for a lot of other people what they say. And I was there and I was thinking already, yeah, yeah, yeah, it works, it's awesome, they're absolutely true. Used as my own tagline already for 2 years without that I know that they would describe the same because I have the same ideas about it. And when I spoke last time about Blocks and what stops us. I thought that's also why it's so hard because people say vibrate already on your energy like it is happening now. And you can say okay, I'm now vibrating meditation like it's happening now. And you do a meditation of twenty minutes, half an hour. You feel relaxed and then bam! Normal life steps in again. Parents, kids, husband, wife. Work, moms-in-laws, dads-in-laws, whomever, and you push back. They said the only way to get there is really become it, not doing it, but becoming it. By becoming it, it's extremely hard because it means somewhere you have to change how you are now, change your belief system, change how you perceive yourself, change how you like to live. So it means a major Change. And that's why it's a lot of, a lot of hard for a lot of people based on the blocks we spoke about last time. And I thought about it, there are 3 other blocks when you look from different angle why it is so hard to do so. And what is stopping us from making that change in living? Because it looks appealing, living happy without anxiousness, with a healthy life without sicknesses. Looks awesome. And there are 3 levels of stopping us. And as we can have a block in our head, so your conscious mind says, I don't pack it, don't take it, doesn't make sense. It can be your heart, for you know, your heart loves you, but somewhere it's afraid. And you have your gut, where our instinct is. Our gut is always based on survival. And every change is difficult. So your gut will say, oh, the last 20, 30, 40 years we did like this. You like to change? I don't know. So we stop somewhere. Next time we go deeper into what our mind, heart, and gut says. I just want to give you some little teaser about, hey, living your future like it is happening right now. Make it happen. Because just imagine you like to achieve something again, and in one year you are there. Then you start acting, behaving like it is already happening now. Then it happens now. That's the major premises of all the change there is. Start living your future like it's happening Now. See you next time about beautiful things, and then talk— we talk about the head, the heart, and the gut, and why it's stopping us. Not because it likes to stop us, but just because it loves us. Okay, have a beautiful day. Sunny over here in Perth. Enjoy. Ciao.
