In this testimonial, Ludo Pasquereau, a PCC‑certified ICF coach, reflects on his experience with Chris’s “3 Brains” coaching training taken in April 2025. He highlights the training’s safe, practice‑focused environment that emphasized role‑play and peer coaching, and praises the provision of concrete, plug‑and‑play workflows that he could immediately apply with clients. A major focus for Ludo was the belief‑rewiring component, which gave him effective strategies to help clients overcome core limiting beliefs such as feeling “not good enough.” He explains that the 3 Brains framework shifted his coaching from a tactical, “what‑focused” approach to a deeper, “who‑focused” stance, aligning with the competencies required for MCC‑level coaching. Ludo recommends the program especially for coaches working with engineering‑minded clients who need structured frameworks, and for any coach who tends to coach the “what” rather than the “who.” He describes the training as a game‑changer for client mindset, cites the awareness of the three conflicting brain parts, and notes his intention to pursue the next level of the program while thanking Chris for his masterful instruction.

Hello, my name is Ludo. I'm a professional coach, PCC ICF certified, and I took Chris's training on the 3 brains in April 2025. I have very great things to say about it. I think what really stood out for me was the ability to have a safe space during that training that allowed All of us to practice. So not only there's a good structure with the manual and a lot of workflows, like plug-and-play workflows, but most importantly, we used a lot of time of the training to practice. So role play or peer coaching. So Chris created that safe space for us to practice and therefore build new skills. So then I, I I leave the training with workflows, but that I have already applied. So that, that to me is a lot of value because it's something that I can already apply with my clients. So that to me was very interesting. Also a big focus on the belief rewiring. I have a lot of clients who would like to rewire their core beliefs, you know, like for example, I'm not good enough. So, so from that standpoint, the training was amazing.
What does that change for me or for my clients? Well, first of all, it helps my clients and myself to really have an opportunity to rewire our limiting beliefs. Whereas before I didn't have really strategies that were efficient, right now I really feel like I have a strong workflow. that does make a difference when it comes to rewire beliefs. So I think Chris's training is very good on that end. The second big item for me that changed the way that I coach is being a PCC coach and going into MCC, I really need to coach the who as opposed to the what. And going through coaching sessions through the lens of the 3 brains by design is coaching the who. So I like that because when we have that lens, by design we're coaching the who. Which is taking us away from the tactical, transactional coaching. So I think that, that to me, uh, change, um, changes a lot of things. Um, so why would I recommend that training? Of course I do recommend that training, um, for any coach really who deals with a lot of, um, engineering-minded people. You know, these people who need to, um, to have a structure and frameworks So from that standpoint, Chris's training is amazing to offer workflows or structures that will actually make sense of the irrational. So I think from that standpoint, if your clients have that need, I think that training is a very good fit. Also, if you tend to coach more the what than the who, I think that training will really help you to move the needle. And to never look back and always coach the who. And last but not least, if you want to find practical plug-and-play strategies to rewire your clients' beliefs, I think that training is, is very amazing. It's a game changer when it comes to the mindset of your clients. The idea of having 3 different parts of you conflicting, that makes a big change in terms of awareness. And with the workflows, they have a way to rewire the beliefs. So I would recommend that training. I'm actually considering doing the next step for it. And I wanted to thank Chris, an amazing master coach. We learned a lot from him, and what he does in the training but also outside, to me, is extremely relevant to the coaching industry. So thank you.
