In this conversational segment, the speaker outlines a shift from a muscle‑based, survival‑oriented paradigm of the past century to a wisdom‑driven model for the 21st century. Drawing on Jack Ma’s framework, three "brains" are presented: the head brain (IQ – logical, academic intelligence), the gut brain (EQ – emotional and social intelligence), and the heart brain (LQ – love, compassion, and connection). The speaker argues that high IQ alone leads to quick success but also rapid loss, while high EQ prevents loss, and high LQ earns respect and sustainable teamwork. Women are highlighted as naturally balancing these intelligences, making them ideal for building caring, high‑performing organizations. The discussion critiques modern education and hiring practices for over‑valuing academic credentials and neglecting the heart brain, and promotes somatic workshops and emerging coaching/therapy as methods to develop and integrate all three brains for better leadership and team dynamics.

And the second is, the last century, people compete because muscle. No, not, this century is not muscle, it's the wisdom. And next is, I, I believe, if a person want to be successful, you should have a high EQ. But if you don't want to lose quickly, you should have a high IQ. But if you want to be respected, you should have, have high LQ, the Q of love. So, those 3 Qs put together, a lot of men, they have a high IQ but low EQ and a very tiny LQ. Women, balance-wise, they're the best. If you want your company to be successful, if you, you want your company to operate with wisdom, with care, women is the best.
How could you not believe Jack, the guy from Alibaba, one of the biggest companies in this world, or maybe the biggest company in this world? And he's a real visionary, and he shows we're in a new generation, a new future. You, me, all of us can make a difference. And he talks about 3 brains, actually. He talks about the head brain, the logic, what we learn in schools— math, language, All the hard science, all the things we have to learn, be logical, be reasonable. And it brought us where we are now in this century. The last century, previous one, the gut brain, survival, EQ, smart, get there, connect with people. And he said for the future we need the last one, the heart brain. The brain of love, the brain of connection. The brain that connects people together. And most of our educational system, we forget that part. We learn this part, have to do our SATs, our exams, get high grades, and this is all that matters. That's where most companies look at when you look at their resume. What kind of university did you do? What's your degrees? What are your marks? Whatever. What did you do there? This is how you get that appointment. This is how you make the connection. This is how I survive in that part. But this is really where we connect with people, where we make a difference, where we create an amazing team, where people really love to work, where people really get the best out of them. Look at every sports team that works. It's not only about a strategy that they have the right position on the field. It's not that they really put all the effort in there And fight till their death. It's also that compassion they have for each other to create a real team, to back each other up, to have that compassion for each other and go with love. Because everybody knows love can really let you climb mountains. We can learn those 3 brains how to interconnect with each other again, to really connect with them, and also get all the things that were once built up in those All the hinders, all the blocks why we cannot connect, maybe why we don't utilize them too much. We can work on that. See one of my workshops on the somatic work, what we call emerging coaching and therapy, where we really work on those three brains. The new science. Love to see you in one of those. Have a beautiful day. Ciao.
